In this one you develope your Powers as a devil, meet some new and old faces, and pull together an astonishing array of weapons and abilities as you slash your way through hordes of demons hungering for your flesh, all so you can have your final showdown with your twin brother Virgil, family issues?

This is a fun and challenging game. It gets kind of scary at times and has lots of great boss battles. I liked the different weapons you get the guns and swords. But the camera was a little frustrating because sometimes you cant even see enemies coming.

One of my favorite games of all-time. I like it more than the first one, and to me it is just as good as Resident Evil 4. This game is really hard the first time playing it through as you've probably heard before. This is a classic.

I thought this game was fantastic, graphics, action, comedy and sound, it was all there. I loved the story and explained alot about the first game, which made me feel good, but i only give it a 4.5 because i think they could've of put more, i mean yes i kno, the Special edition, but they should've just put that into the original game, i mean from the first time i saw virgil i knew i wanted to play him, dantes good, but it's fun to have more than one character, i mean sure the second had two characters, and they really balleds that one up anyway, so lets just forget about it, but other than that fantastic, and has hit my top ranks along with ZEO 2 and metal gear series.

I just got this game 2 weeks ago. Played it off and on. I can only play it about 30 minutes at a time...there sooo much action. Wish his gun would fire by holding down the button instead of having to press the button each time. Game is way over hyped..don't understand why? You may want to rent this game first because it's not for everyone. The difficulty is insane...evem the easy level is tough. It's average

This game great! Great graphics compared to other great games. It has a great story, great controls, and has a great variety of gameplay. In the beggining, it's hard and the story isn't too good. But then u catch on and the gaming experience is perfect and has the right amount of challenge u need. If u want a game with a semi-awsome story, and a fun action-adventure, buy or rent this game.

Last years Devil May Cry 2 seemed to be disappointing to alot of my fellow DMC fans, so much so that Capcom gave the game back to the original design team good move!! This game rocks, but you have to stick with it you'll proably die pretty early in the adventure, because of the unruly diffculty level they must've assumed that you were a master of the battle system the instant you put in the disc, because the enemies just come flying at you and the most dangerous one is where? Just off screen where you can't see him that's what really teed me off! Once you figure out the system(Or put it on Easy) the fun really takes off each battle with Vergil seems epic and the Beowulf fight on any level is challegening for all except maybe the greatest masters of the game.

Well I have say that the devils crying brought out Dante's true form. My worries were gone the moment I picked up this game and played it. For starters its devlishly hard but in away that made it and the first game more rewarding to play and finish. Its fun as hell, with more moves that make the previous ones look like a warm up. The story of the clash of Dante and Vergil is rock solid okay! With over the top in-game cutscenes and enteraining conversations, it easily makes this story likeable. The graphics are better the the previous ones, but left me alittle dissapointed after seeing other games had to offer on small memory space. Regardless the special effects and great character animation dazzled me. Devil May Cry 3 is a rare gem indeed and shouldn't be overlooked action lovers and people looking for a challenge. I'm really looking forward to the 4th one on the PS3, for I had a bash playing this.

This game has the best action i've seen in a game. U can do cooler stunts than even in the best of games. It's fun riding enemies, running up walls, shooting in different directions, throwing your sword at guys, doubling yourself to do twice the damage, and do cool combos as you stop time. It was pretty hard, but since u can redo levels and earn more experiance and red orbs, I beat it in no time. Althoug not as good as the origional, it comes damn close, exceeding my expectations of making a comback. Dabte is fully customizable, so u can basically choose ur moves. (my favorite is gunslinger bacause u can shoot in different directions, shoot down from the air, charge ur shots, and do a nice little trick with the rocket launcher where u can pull guys toward u. [every gun has different special moves]). So don't even take time to think and game this game right away!
