This game give players the feel of swinging around like spidey that leaves one in awe. Scale up tall buildings and jump straight off and then shot your web and fling yourself to another building. The feeling is great. Too bad that is only really great part of the game. Its graphics are good. As is the sound. The control is well made. You shoot web to catch foes or you can shoot another to pull yourself to surfaces. Then the bad part. The game offers the same criminals to catch again and again. You do this to build points to move the story along to the boss. The fighting mechanics are weak as well. You punch your way through most foes.

This game has an amazing 3D open world that it failed match with gameplay or worthy activities.

I think this game is great! The sound, the controls, and the gameplay are all awesome! I love the part where this evil villian Beck challenges you, to show that Spiderman is a fake and that Spiderman doesn't have any "powers". I won't spoil the rest of the game for you but if you are wondering if it's good and wondering if you should get it... YOU SHOULD!

HEY....THOSE VERSION OF THIS AMAZING GAME ARE THE WORST I THINK THAT THE BEST ONE IS THE NINTENDO'S ONE THE XBOX HASN'T A GOOD CONTROLLER AND PLAY 2 HAS THE WORST GRAPHICS...SO THE WINNER IS THE GAMECUBE

Spider man is a good game, with good graphics, and most importantly in a game like this, great controls. The only down side is the repetiveness regarding resuing people. Same people complaining about the same things, and you are forced to deal with this throughout the entire game, but on the upside, upgrades, and whooping butt.

A nonlinear spiderman? I never thought i'd see the day. Graphics: 4.0 Spidey, Cat, Rhino ETC. They all look great . Its just the people that walk around on the streets don't look they're best and when you talk to them they staand in one spot and don't move they're mouths. Sound: 3.0 What the civilians say are funny the first hundred times. Need I say more? The voice acting is pretty good though. Control 5.0 The control is excellent. Easy or hard swinging. louds of moves to pull off. Super cool. Fun factor 5.0 Crappy sound is the only bad thing about this game. You can crawl all over the the statue of liberty, you can infiltrate mysterios apartment and much more. Check this game out.

Best superhero game, you bet. the reason this performs so much better that the rest is the freedom, this is like GTA-spiderman. you go around helping people with their everyday problems, even if there is only about 5 diffrent character models. The graphics aren't all that good, but there are some good textures to be found, and the acrobatics are stuning. most of the voice acting is good, except for Mary jane, he voice acting sounded like a flaming cat being stabbed with a pencil. the gameplay is where this game shines. swinging from place to place is great, and the web doesn't just go into space, it connects to building. So when everything else is standard, but the exceptional gameplay it still manges to be a very fun game. it also controlls really well with precision accuracy. Graphics: 3.0 Sound: 3.5 control: 4.5

This game is great, but it coulda been harder, I beat it in a day. It's fun though because you get to run around the city, even ride helicopters to the Statue of Liberty. The moves are great, Spider-Reflexes are way better than the first Spider-Man. One of the best parts is the upgraded Web Swinging, you actually ride from buildings. You get brand new moves. Many missions to do, and almost all the city people look different. They coulda made their mouths move while talking, and a little more detail to them. They look pretty good though. My favorite part is jumping off the tallest Skyscraper, almost hitting the ground, the shooting a web before you splat. You guys/girls at GamePro gotta try it. One of the only things I didn't like about it was that you can't swim, also, those big robots are harder to destroy than Doc Ock. Oh yeah, me and my friend think you guy's making the Spider-Man games should make a game with Venom in it. That's my review for today, see you guy's at GamePro later. See ya -DemonCaster

It's a simple mix between adventure/action. Has a little GTA feel to it,too. You go around swinging on your web. Finally when you see a green circle with a question mark in it means that person has a job for you. tThat job would be to save someone, stop a robbery, or it could just be a trap. You are put as Spider-Man, the super hero of Manhattan. This "Manhattan" can finally be explored by you. Not the same old level after level anymore. You have missions and you can buy upgrades for your web or fighting skills. There is chapters after you beat every mission in that chapter you go on to the next. Finally you get to meet Dr. Otto Octavius. A man working on fusion technology and how to contain it. Then you have to fight more crime, meet Rhino, and more crime. Next chapter. It's takes a while to get Otto into Doc Ock, but it's still a fun game. I'd rather explore Manhattan then fight crime and all. See the movie then play the game. That's how I did it. I'm almost beat the game, but Doc Ock is hard and I ahd to take it back. This is must play for those people who don't like to be contained to one spot. The game is even funny at times. Spidey talks to fellow people in Manhattan as they yell, "Spidey you the man!" or "Get a job!". they get replies like, "No, you the man!" and "If you only knew." It's a fun game. Try it, I dare you.

Spider-Man 2 is totally awesome in almost every way. from the physics to the combat to story, Spider-Man 2 delivers.Yeah, maybe it can get repetitive; but you'll be web-swinging so much that you won't even notice it. Then after you beat the game, they'll give you side quests to do so that you'll be swinging through the city for months to come. One of the best games based on a movie yet. I can only go as high as a 5.0 but it gets a 6.0 in my book. Error: That " the best game based on a movie" part goes to the Vin Diesal's Game.
