Why do all the people say that driver 3 was a bad game? I personally think that driver 3 wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best that I have played. Good solid based shooter.
this game is crap

driver 3 looked good for bit in till i rented this piece of crap. i have to say there was good parts to it they just didn't use the land well. it has good size levels but it didn't make the par of gta.
the non blood version of GTA ( as a under cover cop )

no blood thats ok, 9MM's,Weinchester Shotty's,MP6's M60's, Uzi's,nade launchers and a hell loud of cars, motorcicles, trucks and boats. story modes "ok" but the main interest is ake a ride as you play in nice, instanbul, and miami and a 4 player go all hell online mode. the reason this is not a 5.0 is because of the glitches!! there are so many and its extremly annoying to serious gamers. but other then that the tussinader recomends DRIV3R
alot like GTA

I've been a huge fan of the Driver games since the original debuted on the first Playstation. The first two games are still two of my all-time favorite games simply because the missions were so much fun, even if they did get a little tough sometimes. Driver 3 tries to expand on its predecessors, and cash in on the GTA craze by giving you more missions outside of the car. This sounds great on paper, but is poorly executed in the game. The aiming is a chore, and many times I ended up shooting above an enemy rather than at the head simply because the camera twitched on me. The sections in the cars are still fun however, and any veteran of Driver will love these parts. However, control issues do plague the game. In one missions, you have to steal three cars, drive them into the back of a moving semi, all while dealing with a time limit. Should be easy enough, except until you try and get into one of the cars. The graphics are nothing to write home about, but they aren't bad either. Simply put, this is a game that needs solid gameplay above graphics and it doesn't always deliver. It's not a total wash, however. The ability to create a custom soundtrack is cool, and the driving games are as much fun in this iteration as they were in previous games. Maybe next time, there won't be so many issues though. It's a fun game, but nothing to write home about.

I bought this game [ on PlayStation 2 ] and i was impressed by the extensive cities and the fun driving physics, both of which i expected. However, i have now returned the game to Electronics Boutique after four days of play. There was a reason behind this : i finished the entire game. I mean the mini-games, the undercover mode, everything! DRIV3R was probably one of the most anticipated titles of 2004, it had spunk in the videos and it looked fun. The driving looked like it could out-race the Grand Theft Auto games, and it did, the story sounded slightly familiar but fun, and it is, the game looked to be well executed, but it is not. I could sit here and blame the publisher, Atari, quite easily and in fact i wouldn't be incorrect in doing so. But the bottom line is that Reflections had four entire years to complete this game and it feels like its been in development for two months, sometimes. At intervals you'll encounter a mission and just think "what the hell were they thinking here!?" Errors are also present throughout most aspects of the game - you can actually bounce off of curbs as if they were a seven metre high wall! But i decided to give the game a higher mark than perhaps it deserves simply because i liked the driving physics a helluva-lot, they are fun and simple, the cars sound great and drive even better. This is probably the dissapointment of the decade, for gaming. Let us all hope for a buyout of Reflections from Rockstar - then we could have really fun gaming with really great driving! Or at the least a Driver 4 that is really well completed.
ok...but could be better

I got this game on tuesday and its friday and im getting tired of it one reason im getting tired of it is that everything is alike You see all the same people again and again I mean you go down the street and you see the same chararcters, They all look alike I don't like how that if you drive by a cop 9 out of 10 times they will go after you and one thing that drives me crazy is that you have to stop at a red light but the cars behind you will honk I like the graphics in this game i wouldn't say that there great but there ok The best thing about the graphics is the wreacks The wreacks are very realistic and I also like that when you wreak into someone else they can be killed in the wreak One thing i noticed when i played this game is there is no blood I would give the graphics in the game a 4 Now the sound in this game was ok, I would give it a 4 But the soundtrack SUCKED you look in the game manual and in the back they make it sound like the music was going to be awsome and it just sucked The control in the game was the big problem i mean you you always get mixed up in the controls i would give the conrols a 2.5 the orverall game was ok but it is just the same thing over and over The funest part of this game is game around blowing things up with the gernade launcher If your a huge fan of GTA and you cant what untill San Andreas picks this game up If your not dont get it
