This is not like wrestling at all. I would much rather be playing WWE Smackdown! vs RAW. It doesnt make fun of wrestling

Bacyard Wrestling: Don't Try This at Home is a game where you can escape the normal boundaries that Raw and Smackdown might have. Graphics: The Xbox has shown up the PS2 in this department, and the graphics couldn't be better. 5.0. Sound: The soundtrack could have been better, but bands like ICP, CKY, and solo artist Andrew W.K. make up for it. 4.5 Control: The game's "pick up and play" ability is good, but most people wouldn't utilize(or even remember) the dash or the knockdown moves. Overall, the game's well worth your time and your wallet as well. One thing that bugged me was the lack of depth of the create-a-wrestler mode. It was basic in you having to pick out the body of the wrestler. They could've done better in that area. Also the lack of space in having to have only six created wrestlers on the roster. But all-in-all a great game nonetheless.
Not good at all.

Ok, let me start off by saying this. I was really looking forward to this game. Cause the preivews and game trailors looked awesome and i was totally up for playing this game. But in the end this game left me dissapointed. First off the graphics Are below average there cartoony. The whole stage areas look bland. The character models look bad as well. The sound is the only good part to this game. Kick butt music from American Hi Fi, Insane Clown Posse, Bowling For Soup, Rancid, And alot more. I also liked the character voices which were pretty good as well. The Controls Are horrid. Only 4 grapple moves. The whole speed of the game makes the controls almost impossible. And reversals on this game are bad as well. Aerial moves on this game are horrid. Basicley pins on this game are useless since pretty much all matches end in KO. To make things worse matches range to 2 minutes or faster. The main mode in this game Talk show mode is ok kinda reminds of an Opera episode. lol But its very short and u can beat it in an hour. The extras on this game are pretty good like u get some cool videos,Characters,an extra game mode, Plus for Xbox users u can copy all the music tracks on this game to your Xbox harddrive. Which is like so cool lol. Overall this game is worth a rent at best. and is not worth $49.99 +Lots of extras +awesome sound + can copy music tracks on your Xbox -lame graphics -horrid controls -not alot of replay -short talk show mode
I totally Agree With JesseBrook

This game truly is one of the best wrestling games. your guy can pull offawsome moves, which would totaly hurt in real life. The damage is cool, when you hit guys, the bleed, depending on where you hit them, Graphics are pretty good, and the story is funny as hell. The levels are completly interactive, everything can be used, wether to simply make the guy trip over, to throw him through it, or beat him over the head with it. The weapons are cool, light bulbs, barbwire bats, lawn knomes, baseball bats, blocks of ice, beer bottles so on and so on and so on. I also like how you can set things on fire, like the matteress in the backyard, the hay bails in the truck stop, or the table in the mansion. Another cool fact is how sometimes, its not just you hitting your opponent, you can get others to do it for you, like when you throw guys at the guy using the barbicue in the backyard, he turns around, and whacks anyone who comes close. I simply love this game, mostly because, in all of the wrestling games ever, i loved the weapons. The soundtrack rocks, I loved "I Ran" by flock of segulls, and love it by Bowling for soup just as much. The charactors are cool ranging from The Insane Clown Possee, to a crazy guy named JCW's Evil Ded. Aswell, you can create your own charactors, which rocks. 3 words for you BUY THIS GAME
