Manhunt is infamous for being extremely violent, especially for its in game executions. This is a stealth game, but not your typical one. Here, your objective is to execute as many bad guys as you can, for the camera. The story is that you were gonna get executed for crimes but a snuff director saves you and forcefully puts you in a movie that involves mindless (but fun) killing. Sounds great doesnt it? Now you have to fight for your life and freedom. Executions are based on color. Green means a mild execution, yellow means a hardcore execution, and red means extremely gruesome execution. You must perform the red executions to gain more points and unlock secret levels. Sure, this game is violent but damn is it fun. I'm waiting on Manhunt 2.

Wow! I wonder why it took me so long to play this game. It is fun, yet eerie. Even the main theme song sends a chill up your spine. I really loved this game.

Man, I really hate stealth games. There are some exceptions, like the Splinter Cell games, & Manhunt. DAMN, this game is just sick, twisted, duragitive, & brilliant. You are Cash, a convict stuck in the middle of a sh*tty scenerio. This director guy tells a crapload of psychopaths to hunt you down & then he tells you to kill 'em all. What choice do you have.These psychos are just palin mad! You'll have to decapitate, slice, & shoot your way thru. The stealth is done excellent. It's just nerve-racking to see a groups of guys in hoodies & skull masks calling you names & trying to find you. You HAVE to be stealthy. Fighting is another way to day.the executions are way gross yet entertaining, but I just wished there were more weapons to have more executions. This game IS NOT for kids. Rockstar, you kick major ass!

how do u do a violent execution and a gruesome execution with a hammer? write back soon please so i can beat the game. also make another manhunt game so.

I finally got to play this game and I must say it does live up to most of the hype. Graphics are pretty good and the characters are amusing. Some coments are really funny and the masks they wear are definately unique. You have to use stealth, hide in shadows and wait for your enemy to get close enough to kill with an Execution style bloodlust. Definately NOT for anyone under 18 or with a weak stomach. Story is actually good as your trying to work your way through different areas as part of some sick home made video. I like the fact that there arent alot of guns and its more close one on one combat. Play too many shoot everything in site games and this was a nice refreshing change.

Hello, what on earth is better than finding just a regular every-day object and using it to mutilate some enemy. Forget graphics, they dont matter when it comes to a good game. i mean seriously one of the best games ever was Super Mario but the graphics werent that great. Manhunt was a game that implemented strategy along with old fashioned killing. gtalunatic, you are insane, what makes a good killing game isnt always the guns. plus in manhunt there were guns so just shut the crap up!!!

Why? Because I said so! This game does not glorify violence. It exposes it harsh reallities. Just like Fight Club.

hello, my fellow fans. i am TwistdPsyko2. i use to be TwistedPsyko, but i evolved. actually, i ran out of room to write more reviews. isn't that odd? anyways, manhunt is a compelling, grotesque game that solidly pulls off action/stealth. if you're not a stealth fan (like me), you should try this gme. stealth is the key to survive, and although it is frustrating, you are "rewarded" with distubing images of you, yes you, ridding of another lowlife. you must sneak up to your prey and the longer you wait, the more gruesome the death. this game is way more contraversial than GTA: Vice City, and it's better. WARNING: parents! DO NOT let your precious (yeah right) little kids play this game. it's only for the big boys. it contains gruesome violence, disturbing images of murder, strong language (every time someone talks i hear the f-word), and blood and gore. this game is for MEN only. Rockstar, you really know how to push the limits.

In manhunt you play as James Earl Cash who just got executed on death row but is now back to his life and is being hunted by other gangs. Your main goal is to find out who set you up and get revenge. There is no MAJOR Dissapointment in this game but there are some stuff missing to make this an outstanding game. For one thing you get a knife to kill your enemy's a rail to fight someone with and a bag to make your enemy's unconcious those are all fine but we need guns please.The way you brawl without weapons is just kick and punch that's it. Graphics are a little cartoonish and cheesy. Bottomline the game is not bad but what is ridiculous is how much attention this game is getting.
