Great game on the Xbox, and still great on the PC. The multiplayer is nice, and thats the only reason I bought it. It is great if you download the Halo: Custom Edition off the internet because you can then play modded maps with modded vehicles. It's great.

Graphics: 4.00 The graphics were good, they are like the Xbox version. Gameplay: 5.00 The gameplay, as always with Halo, is very good. All the levels from the Xbox version, and your choice if you want to play Legendary. Multiplayer: 5.00 The multiplayer is free, no need for a Live subscription. Play online, by direct IP, or LAN server. Replay value: 5.00 You will wanna keep going online over, and over again. Very addictive. Controls: 4.75 The controls are much better than the Xbox version in my opinion. Use W,A,S,D to move. Tab to swich weapons. Q to throw a grenade. R to reload, and F to hit with gun. Overall: 4.75 A VERY enjoyable game. I enjoyed the Xbox version, but this is much better. Also, I recommend you have a pretty fast video card for this game.

For Halo, I would give the graphics a 4.5. I really think the graphics had inspired Halo 2 and 3. The story of halo had a hard impact. I would give a 5.0. The best part of Halo's story is that it is fast paced and it flows. The game doesn't lag, just like the Xbox version. The best part about halo is the multiplayer. The multiplayer has always been the best part about halo. Multiplayer gets a 5.0. For the mechanics or controls, I personally appeal to the Xbox version more. The keyboard makes me stretch my fingers.

The online maps and games are top notch, and it runs extremely smooth for me and i'm on dial-up. One complant i have about the game is that sometimes freezes up on me when i am playing single player. Other than that, i have no complaints about this game. Overall, this game is truly amazing. If you are in the market for a good PC with amazing multiplayer, look no farther than this game.

this game is...interesting is a good way to put it. it has good visuals (for the time--it obviously couldn't stand up to Crysis or F.E.A.R., for instance), good dialogue, and a storyline that is sometimes sad and sometimes funny. but the biggest thing is...the gameplay. the first time you successfully hurl a plasma grenade and make it stick to an elite, or the first time you see a grunt running from you in fear, screaming, "Bad cyborg! Bad cyborg!" you'll know you've entered the world of Halo. it's a really good game, and the best part is, you can probably find it now, really, really cheap, on ebay or amazon. if you're looking at halo 3 with interest and haven't played any of the halo games before, pick this up first and give it a try.

I love the PC Edition of Halo, it is by far the best in the Halo series, until Halo 3 rocks the world. It actually has online mutliplayer, which is the biggest change in Halo history. I give the game of the PC gods a 5 out of 5

like most games this is a most have game. i want it realy bad cause i like these kind of games. it looks and sounds pretty cool actually. it i on my wish list along with others. but this is not a game i would wait in line for like most people. i want this game really badly. it looks col on the pc actually. but not the best graphics since its on a computer/pc

This is the first game i bought with my new pc. It is absolutly a blast! The graphics are a little medicore, but take nothing away from the overall experience. The music is always epic and fitting to the level and some of the voiceovers are hillarious! The controls are also very good and have never been problematic once for me. Even though the single player mode is great, the best is definetly the online multiplayer. With lots of cool vehicles and the new maps with this pc version, its all a blast the whole way through, even if it can be a bit tough at times.
