The Best RPG for the Xbox

This is by far the best rpg for the xbox1. I just beat it and I have to admit this was a surprise. It's an action rpg with a great storyline. Although it's a little linear it's not so linear that you know what's going to happen before it does. The menu screen and the "quick menu" rival that of the FF series. The magic spells are pretty good, I just wished the fighting was more then just the 2 buttons. More combos would have been nice. It's not really a difficult game, great if you're new to action rpgs. Overall a very satisfying experience. And if you're wondering how it compares to Fable, I enjoyed this much more.

This game got a 4.5 from GamePro, but I think it's because not many other comparables were out at the time. Sort of like the girl whose in love with the only guy she knows. The plot is linear and the game is far too short to redeem itself. Trying to bring the dispute between faith and science would have been fine if it had been inserted with other interesting ideas. LIght and Dark worlds has been done before and the detail is lacking because the player is rushed through. The final battle was just plain sad. The final weapons are not nessecary and the final forms are not nessecary except because the characters say so. No one gets developed and things just happen because that is the way the game goes, no fine tunning and for me the worst is no world map. No world worst of all. No one needs a world map, but Zelda has been the only game to make the sectioned world theme work because the game is so eventfuf. The battles are interesting until one runs out of special moves to learn. This game was not eventful, just a quick move to my bank account, and that's how this game got passed the board vote?

Sudeki is an amazing game. The graphics are mind blowing. In depth 3D detail. And the plot is not mindless like many RPGs that just want you to endlessly hack and slash an infinite amount of enemies. It also is very flexible. As you work your way into the game you can give the character your controlling new weapons and types of armor which makes it more interesting. Not only that but you can enchant your armor and weapons to enhance them. Although sometimes you will get in a rut at certain points because you just cant seam to be able to beat a new type of enemy or there are too many. When that happens you just have to leave it alone and try again later. But overall this is an awesome game I would recommend to any one who is in for a RPG aimed at an older audience.

Sudeki is an amazing game with amazing graphics and puzzles everywhere you look - almost everything that RPGers dream of. However, it falls short in one very important area - STORY. For the first 3- 4 days I played the game, the story was as I had hoped, keeping me occupied for 2-5 hours each day. Then...the fifth day. It seemed as though the game just ended. POW. That's it. Thank you for your $50. The game's story lasts for merely 15 hours. If you try really hard and do all of the side quests (which there are several of), you might squeeze 20- 23 hours out of it...but that's it. So, if you want to play an RPG but don't have the time to clock more than an hour and a half a day (or less), this game is an excellent buy. Other than that, unless you like short games, Sudeki is just a pretty box on the shelf.

Sudeki is one of those games that you ethier like or hate. personly I love it, Why? you may ask. Innovation. While the graphics are top notch, the sound is terrific, and there lots of women in tight out fits, none of these are why you should get this game. This innovation is the fighting system. your party consits of one person in the beggining, but soon you'll have 4 members to slice up the enemies. now when you enter a fight all the exits are blocked off, and all your characters draw their weapons. If your Tal or Buki you'll stay in third person and get up close and slash away with a well devised combo system that makes you wait a few seconds till you can press another button in the combo, But if you chose to be Elco or Ailish, you'll go into a first person and a Aiming crusor will appear. This where it gets fun, now you can run and gun at the enemies, but watch out, each weapon has a diffrent firerate. and in combat you can still switch from character to character by pressing the black or white buttons. The Graphics are top notch making it look on the verge of cartoon and realistic. Everyone you talk has a voice actor, and all the lines are delivered well, the musical score also adds to the setting. With another big RPG coming in early september, Sudeki is a great warm up for Fable. If only it was a little longer it would have got a perfect score.

Bought the game during the first day of its release and I have got to say that it is in fact a very good game. But what got me down was the lack of variety in equipment, especially the armors. The progression of the story was not all that great, not really drawing you into the game unlike past FF games. The greatest plus of this game is the combat, switching from 4 characters and performing their special skills is cool.
I love it!

I got it on the day of release and I'm really enjoying it. It starts off slow so you can get used to it but then the combat really kicks off! It's beautiful to look at and sounds amazing too. Really like the music. With one character it's fun, with all four running about and kicking ass, it's amazing! A really fun game and I'd recommend it to anyone, even if you don't like RPG's. In fact, I'd say that it's more of an action game than an RPG but it does seem to have some depth too - you can configure your characters and make your own magical weapons for example.
