I love Xbox and I love this game. The storyline is original based on getting revenge on the Vigoor Empire for the destruction of your village. The weapons, creatures, and bosses are the key to this game's flight to the no.1 Japanese ninja action game ever created for the Xbox. I can't wait to get Ninja Gaiden Sigma because it just might surpass the original!!

This is probably one of the best games ever produced and not just because it looks pretty. Ninja Gaiden for Xbox hsa every element of classic fun, original, and difficult gameplay any gamer would be proud to have taken part in the adventure. This game is not esay, but the satisfaction at finishing the story will bring back more fun than you have probably had in years. The gameplay is fluid with every ninja slash, jump and wall run. There are some slight issues with the camera at points, but nothing serious. The story line is original enough, but holds true to the classic feel of the original Ninja Gaiden series. The games graphics are even better than what you would expect for an Xbox title, but it is Team Ninja and they usually don't fail when trying to supply gamers with eye candy. The real gold in the game is the gameplay and boss fights. The boss fights are some of the most challenging gamers will have to endure on their Xbox consoles. The difficulty modes increase challenges add for almost endless replay value if you're up to the challenge. The Hurricane Pack downloads from Xbox live also add new content and challanges to the game which help any hardcore player get the most for their buck. Anyone who has an Xbox should purchase this title because it is one of the best in years for any console.

Excellent graphics, excellent gameplay, excellent soundtrack, this game's got it all. Although at some points it can seem that it is ridiculously hard but if you grit your teeth and keep playing you will have discovered a great game.
Outstanding addition to the series

The graphics are great, the story is well thought out. You are a ninja. Need more? You can bounce off the sides of building, walk on water, and do awesome killing moves. The graphics are crisp, and gameplay is very intuitive. If you ever were a fan of this franchise, this is the game for you.

Disappear for over a decade, Ryu Hayabusa is back, and in full force. Storyline 3.75 - It's the same origninal ninja story seeking revenge. The story revolves around the Dark Dragon Blade. Their descendants formed the Hayabusa ninja clan, and Ryu Hayabusa was one of them. The blade is stolen, and Ryu must recover it. Gameplay - 4.5 The camera angles may get fustrating from time to time but the overall the enemies are relentlessly realistic, tough, and will challenge you. Graphics - 5.0 - Two words: simply beautiful. Overall - 4.5 Ninja Gaiden has come a long was from when it debted on the NES nearly ten years ago. It has evolved into one of the most stellar games of today.

Ninja Gaiden is one of the most challenging games that I've ever played but it is the best one overall. It has downloadable content on XBOX live like the Hurricane packs which gives the game even more replayability which is a plus. It also has three difficulty settings to challenge even the best of players and it has the three classic Ninja Gaidens from the days of the NES. Overall I give this game a 5 out of 5.

Wow. I havent felt like suh a baddass playing a game since Devil May Cry. This game is the best in its genre becuase of its difficulty, seriously people this game is not for the casual gamer or people without patience this game will kick your ass if you do not practice with it and spend a good amount of time learning the combat system. The storyline is preety generic but you will care less this game is all about action and has plenty of it with a couple of pull the lever find the key puzzles. You start off as a ninja in trianing with only a handfull of moves but after about an hour into the game your kicking ass with a dozen diffenent techniques that will slice and dice your opposition and theres plenty of diferent wepons if swords are not your thing. Only one thing about this game that botherd me was the camera, when your jumping its never were you want it to be but works well on boss fights and most normal fights, other then that this game is perfect and is not for sissy gamers. I recomend buying this game it will take you 20 plus hours to beat.

Ninja Gaiden is one of those games that is nearly perfect. It isn't easy, it isn't hard. It can be described as CHALLENGING. It is just so good, from the first time you load it, to the completion. The graphics, control, and sound are perfected (although there are minor camera issues). Do not miss this must-have.

I'm not a ninja fan. I've never played any of the ninja games exept Ninja Gaiden. But after completing it there is no choice but to award this game what it earned. Let me start by saying if you have not completed Ninja Gaiden by now, you won't for along time. I bought this game when it first came out and had trouble with it. It is so damn hard that you will quit playing before you finish it. Now that I've warned you its time to award it. The graphics will put all other ninja games to shame. It has the best combo system and some of the best weapons in a game. The AI is incredibly smart and tough. They will react and counter your every move. This brings a since of strategy to it. Ninja Gaiden was a candidate for Game of the Year in my book last year and will not dissapoint even the casual gamer. So stop reading my review and go play, because you'll be on it for a long time.
