THIS IS THE ONLY REASON I BOUGHT A GAMECUBE, IT WAS ALL DO TO THE RESIDENT EVIL FRANCHISE. RESIDENT EVIL 0 IS THE BEST ONE YET, I PLAYED IT NON-STOP AND I DO MEAN NON-STOP. I JUST FINISHED RESIDENT EVIL PART 1 FOR THE GAMECUBE AWHILE BACK AND I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH IT. I HOPE THEY TWEAK PRT 2 AND 3 LIKE THEY DID PRT 1 FOR THE GAMECUBE. I WAS NEVER EVER DISSAPOINTED WITH ALL THE RESIDENT EVIL GAMES FOR AS LONG AS I'VE BEEN PLAYING IT. I'VE WOULD'VE BOUGHT A PLAYSTATION 2 IF THE RESIDENT EVIL FRANCHISE WAS STILL THERE BUT IT ISN'T ANYMORE. FINALLY NO ANNOYIN ITEM BOXES AND THE GRAPHICS AND PARTNER ZAPPIN IS AWSOME. HUNTERS ARE AS ANNOYING AS EVER BUT A LITTLE EASIER TO KILL WHEN YOU HAVE 2 CHARACTERS SHOOTING IT AT THE SAME TIME. I DO WISH THE CRIMSON HEAD ZOMBIES WERE THERE AND THE DEFENSE ITEM IS THERE BUT IT'S STILL THE BEST GAME OUT THERE. NOTHING COMPARES TO IT ESPECIALLY THAT FAKE GAME ETERNAL DARKNESS (A COMPLETELY RIP OFF OF RESIDENT EVIL) I WISH AND HOPE THAT THEY REMAKE RESIDENT EVIL 2 AND 3 (THEY REMADE 1 SO WHY NOT) HERE'S THE RUN DOWN ON THE "ONLY" TO OWN GAMECUBE GAMES; RESIDENT EVIL 4 (IT LOOKS SO AWSOME CANNNNNNNNN'T WAITTT!) ZELDA; WINDTALKER, FINAL FANTASY;CRYSTAL CHRONICLE, I GUESS THAT'S ABOUT IT. METROID WAS A MAJOR DISSAPPOINTMENT (MAKING A FRANCHISE INTO CRAPPY 1ST PERSON SHOOTER GAME) THIS GAME IS A MUST BUY TO EVERYONE WHO OWNS A GAMECUBE. GET YOUR HANDS ON RESIDENT EVIL 0. I HATE THOSE FROGS (THEY SWALLOWED ME A FEW TIMES ALREADY) GET THE BEST GAME FOR THE GAMECUBE, RESIDENT EVIL 0!!

This game is so cool I played for hours it is not as scary as RE one but it still great. The best part is that you get to switch off from other players and no more save chest (they don't even exist in reality) instead you drop off items in different areas which make it much more easier for me. Overall this game is great (even though they never tell if Barry killed those people)!

resident evil zero is the best yet! this is the best insallment of the RE series yet. Now you get to find out what started all the s**t that sparked the other 6 games. It's full of violence which kicks ass!!! It's way to mature for this little f**k Keven Maneri. He's such a f**king c**k sucker!!! He'd probably get scared and have nightmares about it. What a c**k sucker!!!

RESIDENT EVIL 0 IS THE BEST GAME BETTER GRAPHICS COOL STORYLINE I LOVE PLAYING IT.RESDIENT EVIL 0 IS COOL I LOVE THE NEW STORYLINE, THE PARTNER SWITCHING IS REALLY COOL.

I always wanted to know what happened leading up to the original Resident Evil. Well I was able to find out with Resident Evil 0. In this game you play as two characters (Billy Cohen and Rebecca Chambers). You can switch between these charatcers. You can work together or you can split up and cover more ground (eventually, you will have to do both in the game). You can also exchange items. Another new addition to the series is being able to drop items anywhere you want. If you found a key and don't have enough space, drop that aid spray or that ink ribbon. I do like this new feature but I still would have liked to see the item boxes remain. You'll find yourself backtracking way to much to get to the item you left behind. Actually, I think Capcom needs to allow the player to hold as many items as possible. Silent Hill let's you carry as many things as possible so why can Resident Evil. It would only help make this amazing series even better. The graphics in this game are simply breathtaking. Capcom really spent a lot of time on the detailed charaters. Of course, the game is extremly gory as well. The only problem is I still can't see ahead or around a corner which led me to get attacked for no reason at all. The story line ties everything together perfectly. I will not go into detail on it though since Dan Elektro doesn't want anyone to post spoilers and I completly understand that. I just say that you will find out a lot about how the mansion conspiracy was planned. The controls were easy for me but for someone who has never layed a Resident Evil game it will take some time to get used to. I think capcom should do something about the controlling so they can attrack new players becuase the controls can scare away newer RE players if the game itself doesn't first. The sound effects and music are amazing as well. Make sure you play this game with the lights out so you can get the full effect.

The remake was the first RE I played, and I loved it. I like 0 better though, mainly for two things. Partner zapping is fun. I rather enjoy flipping between characters, it makes me happy. And the other thing, not item boxes. I didn't hate the item boxes, but I didn't like how you couldn't drop anyhting anywhere. The new system lets you leave an item wherever you want, and use herbs instead of adding it to your inventory. The controls arent as bad as everyone says, and they take little time to get used to. The graphics are of course some of the best I've ever seen, and are even better than Metroid Prime and (if you can believe it) Animal Crossing. It is a great game, and between this and Metroid (and soon Zelda), I would say a Cube is a must buy.

i am a very big resident evil fan. i have seen every single resident evil made and i would say this is the best one yet so far. This has a very good plot. I'm still not all the way through the game but I really don't like that singing guy. hes creepy. this is a buyer so you should put it on your christmas list....lol

Resident Evil 0 for the gamecube is an all around good game. The mansion has changed, which really suprised and exited me. Thier are new zombies like ones that explode before they die. Its real funny when you get ramed by a scorpion and go tumbling backwards. The only bummer is that they still move in slow motion. The human tank mode is really the only thing keeping me from giving this game a five. Other than that it has great replay value and plenty of strategies. For those who haven't played, It's available for rent atblockbuster now. So get to crackin'.
