After the amazing Resident Evil Remake, fans expected the upcoming sequel: Resident Evil 0 to be nothing less. I'd have to say that it isn't anything less, but not necessarily anything better. The story is as captivating and haunting this time around as ever. You'll play as Rebecca Chambers from the S.T.A.R.S. team, and an escaped convict, Billy Cohen and travel through trains, mansions, and research facilities, laying waste to the undead. The audio is great with nice voice acting, and very good sound effects. The audio is one of the aspects that bring the horror together, as haunting tracks will put you on edge, and the silence will scare you even more. The graphics are some of the best on the Gamecube, with the same well detailed pre-rendered environments as the remake, and well animated characters and enemies. As you play as two characters, you have an access to clever puzzle situations, the task of managing both characters' inventory, and it's overall well implemented. The game is as difficult as ever, and though it will scare you, it's not as bad as the Remake. You will have many logic puzzles to solve, and bosses to fell. Capcom has eliminated the item boxes in this game, and instead allows you to place items anywhere in the game. This lessens the annoyances of previous games, but there is still a fair share of back tracking. The controls are as hard to muster as the series has always brought to you, and this time you can't remap the controller layout. The game as a few renditions, but is basically the same Resident Evil game. There isn't anything in the game that sets it apart, but it is still a great, scary experience.

RE 0 is a great addition to a great series. The story gives light as to what really happened in the beginning. There are a few new additions that are welcomed, such as strategic planning amongst the characters. Another good buy in the RE series.

I love the gameplay and team play & solo play this game has got it all A hot girl and a bad ass partner and a killer mansion on Disc 1. This game totally rocks man I would recdommend this to any Gamecube owner !

Although not my favorite in the series, this version definately kept me occupied for hours. I enjoyed the 2 character action and puzzles solving although having the second person slowed you down a little. The new idea about touching items to lebel them on your map was a great concept. This way you know where things are when you need them later. Great graphics and story line once again show why Resident Evil games will never get old, only better!

This game deserves to be one of the best games ever created.Well,second best.Because RE4 rules all of the RE games.This is better than RE1.It has good story lines.Great characters.And mostly the monsters and zombies are some what down right creepy.Overall I think this game rocks.

Resident Evil 0 is a good game, but I dont like Rebecca. But don't get me wrong this game is a nice prequel but it was just so difficult, I still haven't beat it yet. Fans of the series will fine this game one of the best. Even though it's hard, it's worth getting killed 10 times.

yeah, it's good games with great graphics which u haven't seen like them before in RE. the main problem with RE0 is the funfactor...I think it's the worst if u compare it with the other RE games. yeah, where are the scary scenes that happends suddenly, whrer r the creatures that hardly to be defeated? I don't konw. graphics: 5 sound: 5 control: 5 funfuctor:4

took me a whole freakin year to beat this i mad but i got through it and the ending was worth all that time
