The most boring part about this game is the volleyball part, but this game delivers a lot of fun in it's casino mini-games. Players will have the option of competeing in volleyball matches with any of the DOA girls of their choice and make freindships to partner up. Everything from bikinis to suntan oil are available for purchase at a gift shop and players have the option of listening to their own music through the Xbox harddrive. Overall the game is fanfare for fans of the DOA franchise, but has its redeeming qualities. The volleyball aspect gets boring after some time, but the gambling and purchasing new products to make the girls happy can be fun. Players will also recive free gifts and unlock trailers from other Team Ninja games to enjoy. If you like DOA this may be worth buying but it shoudl be rented first.

DOAXBV is the type of game to just sit back and relax and just play and listen to you're favorite types of music from you're hard drive. This game can get annoying at times such as when you're teammate leaves the game and you try all that you can to keep them, and its kinda annoying to get new members sometime it takes forever to join half the time, and when you give them gifts the throw them away witch was a number one thing that pisses me off. In the end the game is fun when you have nothing else to play and just want to sit back listen to music.

Go to the casino, blow your life savings, partner up with other girls, watch them relax on the beach, oh... and play volleyball! The volleyball action is very well done and responsive. You might think it would be boring, but it really is addictive. It's also fun to buy your favorite swimsuit and give it to your favorite girl as a gift. Unusual, yes, yet the game has a charm all to itself. Immersive gameplay, and the option to add in your own soundtracks makes the game an almost surreal experience. Well worth the time and effort. wow... this has been one of the most interesting afternoons I've had in a long time. What do you give a game that has the most BEAUTIFUL GRAPHICS, hot as hades babes(VENUS swimsuit, anyone) yet HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE GAMEPLAY?? a 2.0 at best. If you need a game for you and your perverted friends to waste a couple of hours on, this is prime. Just don't short-circuit the X's fuse with all the electricity in the room.

I love this game (For obvious reasons "wink wink knudge knudge") as well as the play, The graphics in this game kick majour ass, and that just makes the girls twice as hot. the Volleyball is fun, and I love the casino. One problem, it says nudity on the rating, WHERE? all you get is christies ass (Which is also in DOA3) and nearly naked chicks, and christe naked but its completly dark and you cant see anything. Oh well

Whoever told you this game is just pure eye candy is just plain wrong. Of course, the women and graphics are what attracted everyone to the game, but this is not all the game has to offer. It is an extremely addictive game. The volleyball is fun, and it is also deeper than most people give it credit for. Buying and giving swimsuits and gifts is also a challenge in its own right. To play volleyball, you need to have a partner, and part of the fun of the game is just trying to get one. You can also check out your girl with the camera while she takes a rest. The The graphics are the best I have ever seen. There are no glitches whatsoever(or i havent found any yet.) Most will just pass this game of for the perverted, but it is actually a great, addicting, and just damn fun game.
