Graphics:5 This is the sweetest looking game out on any system. The lighting FX are eye popping. The characters look amazing. The detail in clothing too backrounds too exploding zombie heads is jaw dropping. Sound:5 The sound of groaning zombies in this game was almost enough to make me wet myself. All the sounds and noises in this game are exellent, from the window tapping too the door banging too dog maulings. And the lack of sound in some areas was just as disturbing. Control:5 Now I know some people might not agree with me on giving it this score, but hey its Resident Evil and its suposed to be controled like that. Fun Factor:5 I cant put the controller down! I own a hand full of games for other systems that I havnt beaten yet, not cause theyre too hard, its just that Ive got a short attention span. So its really saying alot when I say I cant put the controller down! Yeh the game isnt a ground breaking concept or anything, but its a hell of alot more fun than any of the clones out there today. This games not only fun to play its fun to watch someone els play. How often can you say that about a game these days?

After waiting for this game to come out for so long i have to say the wait was well worth it. The game completly out shines any previous resident evil instalment.

Man, this game is off the chain,I know it's the same game from Playstation 1, but it's just off the chain, to all of you people out there that doesn't have this game need to get it before it get's to later, not saying something bad is going to happen, but you just need to play this amazing game that is out on the GAMECUBE...... I got it yesterday, and even though I only got to play it for about 1 hour I was simply amazed, it is definatly either best or second best GC game so far, and one of the best out right now. If you want a good game, with weapons, and gore, lots of gore you must get this game.

usually the saying goes like this, " Good things are best left alone." But with Resident evil, it couldnt be farther from the truth. Is this the same mansion from the orginal? well why is it totaly backwards and switched? It doesnt matter, this is one of the best gaming experiences you'll ever have. Must buy if you got a gamecube, and the gapfruits. graphics: 5.0 : simple as this.. jadropping sound: 5.0 : why did his get a 4.5? its anyones guess, they still scare the pants off you to not make you want to enter the next room control: 5.0 : there is nothing wrong with the controls except for the joy stick, but you dont have to use it, and the 180' turn is cool fun factor: 5.0 : dont want to play when your playing, but you always want to when your not. be flabberghasted all over again.

With an improved gameplay system, Resident Evil is the finest game in the series. The graphics show the true power of the gamecube. The lighting and sound are some of the greatest I've seen and heard in my lifetime. The improved controls are included in this game. Quick 180 turns and backing up firing are great when you're blasting zombies. Overall, this game is hours of fun and a must buy.

In one simple word i can sum up the R.E expirence; breathtaking. Resident Evil has come a long way in this remake. The graphics, charecter desighnes, prenderd backrounds and lighting affects all add to make the best looking game ive ever seen on any console. I especialy love putting jill in close up positions and watching her move eroticly.....Well anyways the difficulty has been upped and the game itself totally changed. Thank God the cheesy one liners have been cleaned up. The audio is outstanding each soundeffect has its own appeal. The zombies moan, your footsteps, the crackling thunder, the mutated dogs all add to this amazing atmoshperic expirence. The game does have some slowdown and thats what botherd me the most. The other problem is even though the musics great theres not enough to intensify moments. More poping up should of been added but who the hell cares this game is great. A must buy.
