This game was teh greatness when I first got it and one thing I thought was, Best Sports game? And I told myself, Yes.It was great, and the moves and the creating a player, but the name choosing, meh. Anyone how still has it must think so too. And I couldnt wait till the next game.

The qualities: NBA Street rocks! I think that this game is as fun as the new versions of NBA 2K2 and NBA Live 2002. The game is great because of the create-a- player mode and the many modes of game play. I would recommend this $20 game to anyone that enjoys basketball with something extra without the simulation of the sport.

The negatives: NBA Street Volume 2 is already out. The game does not allow you to open the file when you barely have any blocks left. The game also is too easy on easy. The game makes you memorize cheats instead of choosing ones to have on or off.

Ok. i really did like this game for awhile. there where a lot of down sides to it. 1 was that there were no really street players. i mean boneafide and drake ? they r not real. i like street hoops more cus u use the real players. come on who doesnt know TNT,LIVE WIRE,INCHES,AND HOTSUACE? 1 other reason i dont really like this game is becuase it changed from the ps2 version and i thought that 1 was better. ok well that is my view on the game.

NBA street is one of a kind in terms of basketball games. The over the top stunts are fun, cool, and entertaining. The graphics are sold, smooth and detailed. The sound has a nice layed back hip-hop vibe, and the announcer doesn't get repetetive very often. This is a fun game with plenty of extra teams, courts, and characters.

What a fun game. What more could you ask for than to be loving a game soon after you begin playing. Great graphics, great value, great dunk-alicious action. If this game doesn't garner a five then what does? My nephew is a weenie.

NBA Street offers NBA Jam-style gameplay without the over the top acrobatics that made the Jam series so.... over the top, lol. Street introduces an innovative new system of combos and special moves that are executed by tapping certain button combinations similar to a fighting game. Special dribble moves, shots, layups, and dunks add a special element to this game that puts it in a league of its own when it comes to arcade-style hoops.

NBA Street offers good graphics and great sound, as the commentary supplied by Joe The Show is just sporadic enough to avoid that dreaded repitition that we all hate from commentary. There are plenty of unlockable courts, teams, players, cheats, and goals to give you a reason to tackle the City Circuit Mode. In it you are required to defeat all the NBA teams plus some other special teams created by the developers. The Hold the Court mode, however, offers nothing but unlockable shirts and shoes for your created players.

NBA Street is a very innovative and fun title for solo gaming or with a few friends. Plus, NBA Street has never looked better thanks to the power of the Cube, which leads me to describe NBA Street as only my friend Eric can; "It's the bomb diggity-dank duke sh*t." Buy it.
