I think this game is dull, boring, and just plain silly to have been made. No affence to those who like this game at all, but I would rate this game a big fat ZERO in my book, and if the makers of the site would let people rate games a zero. And plz don't be hurt by my review I'm begging you.

This game is okay. The grapgics aren't very good, but graphics aren't what make a game. The sound is good. But it does have custom soundtracks. Even though it doesn't say it does on the back of the box. Basically, this is a directors cut of tony hawk 2, with new levels. You still have the same characters. The new levels are: Subway New York, Construction site, club London, Skate Park of Tampa Bay,(Where I live) and I forget the other one. The career mode is basically tony hawks 1 and 2's career mode, and challenges for the 5 new levels. It is still very fun, though. Buy it if you can get it cheap, like I did.($9.99)

um this is ok but i think it was a preview for the game after 2x. To show people what the makers are capable of. Other than that it sucked

On December 26, 2001, I bough a little game called Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2x. I played for about an hour, then I was ready to just let it go. For good reason, too. THPS and THPS2 remain two of the greatest games in video game history. So why is the combination of both plus a little extra so terrible? Easy: the lack of graphical appeal, the superior reminiscence (which is a bad thing, and the lack of options. For example, when creating your own character, you have about eight different colors to choose from for shirts (all of which suck) and a few types of pants that, when actually played with in the game, end up looking like old flares from the 70's. Twenty-four levels, that's a good thing, but not when the extra levels are so tiny and fanciful, and the other levels are all just relics. What makes things worse are the physics: Oh I HATE the physics! When your playing the game, and do an ollie, you feel like you have the moon physics cheat on. The only way to make it the least bit realistic is to put sim mode on. All in all, THPS2X is a very bad game. G R A P H I C S - 4.0 All the grass is animated nicely, as are the skaters and detail is good. But the physics are terrible and the skaters look like they just got back from a trip to 1968. S O U N D - 5.0 You can burn your own tracks or listen to the classics. Who can get tired of sound like this? C O N T R O L - 3.5 The poor physics make it hard to really skate around, and sim mode helps minorly. The only way to make this game realistic is to put slow- mo and sim mode on. And even then... F U N F A C T O R - 2.5 A big mistake on Neversoft's part. Maybe a Tony Hawk's Pro Skater Special Edition with just the extra courses at a reduced price, but $49.99 for this load of crap; save your dough for Tony 3...PLEASE!

I think this game is a total waste, all they did is put the first one and the second one together, and therefore delayed the real good game THPS3 back so late that it still isnt out on the X-B0X. There is nothing new in it, and the framrate drops are so annoying, oh god I almost shot the screen when I was playing it. Well if you didnt play the first two then you might like this one, but I hate it.

Why buy this game if you have 1 or 2?This version is worse.I think Xbox needs to refill that bull sh*t and you all should wait and buy 3.

This game is boring because I played the hell out of Tony Hawks Pro Skater 2.It has the same controls and everything.Even the same challenges and the control is worse.But if you never played Tony Hawk 2 maybe you will like this,but only as a rentle.

This game is sweet! The graphics are nice. The controls are easy . The game play is great! And the game is hard for a change. All and all the game is great.

if u liked the THPS games then you'll love this one. the handling is awesome and tricks r ez to do. the park and character editer rules. and the levels r sweet , there is a ton of stuff to do and get and earn. so... SKATE ON!

People have already been here! I think that the X-Box camp made a really bum move by allowing Activision to actually make a remix of a game that is a "has-been". Meaning this has been used and it is time to use Tony Hawk's pro skater 3! I know there is talk about Pro Skater 3 coming later in the year but trust me, That is gonna be a has been just like 2x. Remixed or not.
