before i thought waverace for the 64 was good or mabe even perfect. now that i have played this game for the gcube. im hooked, good graphics, nice music, very fun, play it or buy it if you are a fan of the games.

If only it had more levels... Graphics-Okay, they could have been better Sounds-Great Wave Sounds, music and start off audio Controls-Easy, some tricks were impossible though Best part-Some female characters actually were good Worst part-Tricks were impossible

the graphics are wicked in the water but the character models could use some work. The controls take time to master but they're pretty okay. But the races are waaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy to hard!!

This game is a lot better than what some other people say. Although the expert mode is maybe a little to far for even experts, this game is a lot of fun. You get 3-4 friends going at one time (that have experience at the game) and you have another great game for groups. The graphics are smooth as silk almost all of the time. Definately a great buy for watersport fans. Still a great buy for anybody else.

The graphics are nothing short of amazing. One could often forget that he is racing on fake water, because it's so real-looking. Trees, houses, and people, speckle the land while boats and docks are visible in the water. The graphics really pull you into the game. Sound-wise there are many catchy tunes that will stick in your head, and the sound effects are really good too. The whirring of the motor really adds to the overall expirience. The only fatal flaw this game has that scares alot of players off is the STEEP learning curve. This can be easily remedied by practicing your sharp turns in Time Attack mode. There are many modes of play in the game ranging from Normal to Expert. Once you get past the learning curve of the game, it gets fun. Several easter eggs inhabit this game, For example a contest that Runs from January to March. Put in a password and you get a special mode. Get a really low time and you might win prizes. Another big one is Dolphin Mode, which is really cool to show your friends. I give this game a 4/5 for being one of Gamecube's greatest games, but having a steep learning curve detracts from the score and scares off many players of an otherwise great game. -2002 Bow15

If you like racing games,get this one!,the game is fun and theres alot to do,from mastering the different tricks to beating the game in different difficult levels.Graphics are near perfect,the sound is not too well but nothing annoying,controls are not hard but doing some tricks may be hard to do but nothing impossible,the multi-player mode isnt a big deal.This game is worth a check-out.

wave race blue storm was a fun game, controls were great, graphics were alright, sound was good, and its just a great game, but rent it before you buy it, its not for everbody
