It stressed me considerably after Dreamcast shut its doors but when it hit PS2 i felt like going to the sega corparation with a ram and breaking open the doors and restarting the Dreamcast franchise myself. Tony hawk is way lame on the PS2, But on dreamcast they sparkle with a golden spark.

This is a great game,it has lots of replay value,great graphics,and a great soundtrack.The only flaw is that it's too easy and it could be passed in 3 days with all characters.Overall you should just buy this gameand you'll enjoy it.

It's another year and another Tony Hawk game has come out.i ran out adn got this game the day it came out.I am still playing it to this day[its because I'm a big fan of the series],it has much replay value and one of the most splendid game engines ever.For the first THPS game on the PS2 it takes advantage of the hardware with very detailed character models and very populated levels.Neversoft also took some time to work on the animations and they are nearly flawless at a constant 60FPS.The levels are good with a lot of detail but you'll be wondering why some of the levels in this game are so small like Las Angeles or the Suburbs.You also may be a little dissapointed because if you read about things like how a objective can change a level a lot[Las Angeles earth quake comes to mind],it doesn't.THPS2 had one of the best liscensed soundtracks in a game ever with very diverse music.Well THPS3 has a alright soundtrack but most rap on the CD and some of the songs from major bands on this game aren't really good.Still you can shuffle the music and get rid of music you don't like.Now the gameplay in THPS3 always has a major improvement,this time it is the revert that causes you by pressing R2 button to move your vert trick swiftly into a manual and link more tricks.Oh yeah and you will have to adjust your THPS2 skills,you'll fall a lot at first.It isn't a question if you'll have fun while playing this game,there is so many unlockable characters and you'll feel a constant need to improve your skills.Also you can try out the highly revamped park editor and creat a player modes.If you feel the need to prove your skills,you can go online.I've been fortunate enough to have my PS2 online for a year.All of the multiplayer games are there and there is nearly no lag what so ever.So go get this gmae,it may be easier by a lot from THPS2 it is still a very challenging game.What are you waiting for,go pick it up!

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 is the most addicting game I've ever played in my life! The graphics are nice; it's the best-looking Tony Hawk game to date (duh). Most of the stuff isn't completely mind-blowing to look at, though, except for the Tokyo level (WOW). The soundtrack totally kicks ass. Ironically, however, it's the worst part of the game. The songs are awesome for a while, but after listening to them for the kajillionth time, it REALLY gets on my nerves. Then I HATE the soundtrack. I've since stopped listening to it and playing my own music on the stereo, or just turning the sound off completely. The controls are so easy to use. Just pick it up and play. The control is probably the part that got the series so popular, because you can get tons of points and 100,000 point combos in no time at all. This is what makes it so addicting and amazingly fun to play. This game is like a drug. Pick it up, and you never put it down. Beware. I have spent countless hours of my daily (non)schedule playing this game and trying to unlock and complete every little thing the game offers. And believe me, there's a lot to collect. Though it gets a little repetitive after a while, I still just can't stop playing it no matter what. Don't bother renting, just buy the game right away.

Who got Every thing Full Stats and everything on this game with all chars but the Eye ball head.
