This game blows! The gameplay is so basic, it's just not fun. You get to run around doing stuff for other people while causing mayhem & destruction. Whoop-dee-doo! Seeing people run & loot & riot is kind of fun to watch, but they do the same thiing over & over agian. You'll see the SAME character models in the SAME clothes, but different color. Not much of a variety. The weapons are fun to use on the public, but it's not much to hold you to the game. Let's forgive Rockstar, just this once.

the only thing good about this game is running aroung with an AK-47 or an M-16 and just shoot into the crowds. even that gets boring after awhile. i can't believe rockstar is the one responsible. this game sucks. i can't believe a part 2 is coming out. BOOOO! Why Rockstar? Why? i wanted to rate this game a .5

Just forget it. GO buy GTA3 or VIce city, or the upcoming San Andreas. Manhunt is even better than this POS. THe controls are awful, the levels are cut and paste affair, the graphics are eye straining, and the sound quality is terrible. Being in an actual riot is probably more fun than this

Rockstar must have been on something when they made this game, it was boring as hell, there was no point to this game at all, an there was to many people running around like chickens with there heads chopped off. rockstar lost their touch when they made this game.

rock star games have took gaming life to another level!! this game actually has a good story line. it could get hard at times but its a fun game

well its game with always be under rated cuz of everyone thought it would be (GTA III) perfect.Well,it's ok for $12(EB) with a pretty sorry storyline,ok gameplay,& bad sound.The one good mode is Last-Clone Standing.

The worst game ever! If u like this game u r a LOSER! This game sucked my major @$$ crack! I would rather sniff someone @$$ then play this game!

Max Payne= KICKASS GTA3= VERY KICKASS State of Emergency = Alright.... State of Emergency is more of a funny game then a fighting game, I got more laughs from blowing peoples limbs off and then beating another with it then I should. And it gets slightly boring over and over just blowing people away, escorting dorks that can't fend for themselves to a safe house, and protecting hackers. Still though, being able to mow down 60 people at once is very very alluring. The official "Mad at the World" game. So you're angry, the old boss been yelling in your ear all day. Or the father doing the same. Flip this baby on and kill 200 people in about 20 seconds, that should calm you down. All and All, pretty good, but Rockstar I held better because of GTA3 and Max Payne.
