Rayman Advance is defanitly not a must buy for the GBA,but still a kinda fun game to play. The graphics are great and are very bright and colorful. the sound is pretty good but gets repetitive sometimes and the controls are ok.The gameplay, however is simply not as good has many other GBA games outhere like Castlevania or Mario, but still is above average.
Arms? Legs? Feh!

Take one look at the elegant backgrounds and you'll know why I like this game. The graphics are much better-looking than the original and the addictive gameplay makes for a great game. Watch your back, though- Rayman is tough. Finding the end of the level is like finding the lost city of El-Dorato and the bosses are next to impossible. Those faults aside, Rayman Advance is one wild ride. Hold on tight.
A little hard...but good

One of my most favorite games has reached Game boy Advance, and I wasn't disappointed with the transition. It's a great side-scrolling game, but a bit too hard. Codes are useful, but it was easier for me than the PSX version. Beautiful graphics and wild gameplay, this is a must for any puzzle/adventure gamer.

Rayman Advance is one of the best launch titles for the GBA. Notice that I said LAUNCH titles. RA probably is the most colorful GBA games out there. And the sound is cool. The amazing thing is that it's exactly like the original- a first for a handheld game. That's what gets this game a 5.0.
Good game, but too hard to beat!

This is a good adventure game and has the absolute best graphics ever for a handheld game. Has good control and pretty good sound too. If this game was a little bit easier it would be the best adventure game ever! Even though it's hard I would still recommend buying it!
difficult

To be honest I lost interest due to its difficulty. Or maybe I shouldn't have bought Castlevania and F-Zero at the same time as I played those games more often and put Rayman aside . Great graphics though.
Rayman Advance has stunning graphics. For addtional info click here.

Rayman Advance shows the best graphics on the GameBoy Advance yet, next to THPS2. (See my THPS2 review for more info) But Rayman Advance lacks something that every game needs, and that is that it has to be fun to play. Rayman Advance's gameplay gets boring fast and the annoying voices could drive anyone to the mad house and music is extremely repetitive.
