this game rocks. the co-op is fun cuz i like seein whose better and i love levelin and buyin all the upgrades. theres many upgrades that can help u through the game and the levels r big and there r many secret areas which makes it fun. its fun having a friend to play wit. so if u wanna play a hack n slash game wit a friend buy this!

The game really isn't all complicated, in fact, it's your basic hack n slash game dumbed down even a bit more. Basic controls and all you're really doing is hitting one button over and over again. But, it does make for a relatively fun time with friends. It isn't however, you're classic RPG, thinking game.

this is a medievil game and is kinda cool. my best friend showed me this game on the n64 and i played it forever. eventually i bought this game because i was excited for it and then i got bored of it. i haven't played it in over a couple months.

This game isn't really all that great, but it is still prtty fun!! There are tons of levels and alot of characters to pick from. But I still think the arcade version is better. This is a great get with friends game.

If you don;t own a multitap or extra controller and no friends than this game will suck.if you usaully have friends over then this a great 4-player co-op game!

This game is pretty good for people who dont like to jump,because you cant. Anyway it still is a good game. Its cool that when you go up levels your character will change in appearance. And will get stronger. The amount of characters you can choose from is pretty cool and there moves are even cooler this game is a good game that you dont even have to rent.

If you like the last game of the awesome series then you'll love this game. It comes back with new characters and other features. It has much better graphics and gameplay. I think every game fan should get Gauntlet: Dark legacy if they want to get their moneys' worth!

I enjoyed the original classic 2D game in the arcades and PS1. Ever since they went to 3D the game has sucked. The game was all about mulitplayer and sad to say that's not the case anymore. The graphics are simply OK and gameplay gets boring fast. Every sequel is a rehash of the one before. Either they should turn it into a FPS or back to 2D. I'll play the classic and leave the rest behind.

forget about those people who say this game is crap! it is not crap it is a great game especially with a friend or two or even three.

Arcande version fun this version not much to say but BOOOOOOOOO totaly crap unless your got 4 people on your side playing (which still sux) then it atleast gets a little more fun but its still a very bad game.
