Well i think this game easily gets the rpg game of the year award, but is it better than games outside is genere? I think that this instalment of FinalFantasy is one of the best yet. The battle system is diffrent and easily executed. Random battles can be fustrating but whats an rpg without them? The voices are well done and the story exceedes that of metal gear solid 2. The graphics in some areas need work but its nothing that drops the overall score of the game. The charecters for the most part are desighned well, Tidus apears anoying at first but turns out to be rather likeable. Lulu is porbubly my favorite chracter. The gameplay is addicting and once i got a few hours into it i couldnt stop playing. Now some may say its a bad game simply because rpgs arent there thing, there x-box lovers, or there idiots. Anyone who gives this less than a 4.0 shouldnt have the right to express there horrible opinions and they should be damned to the decripid abyss. Now when i asked earle if this game was better than games outside of its genre the answer is yes.Lets Compare it to halo and metal gear; while i believe the graphics on metalgear and halo or more detalied, Final Fantasy x is just a better game. The game has sports,puzzles,fighting,great charecters,good graphics, and an amazing storyline with plent of fun mini games. Final Fantasy x is Game of the year.

Quite Honestly, I had never played an RPG before(Unless you count Poke'mon as an RPG)only the demos. I must say, this game is the best game ever. To describe it, it's like an interactive movie. Go Buy This Game, you won't be dissapointed

Is awesome, is even better thatn FFIX, I only have to say something about the introduction, is a bit slow not like FFIX, thats a really good intro. Anyway is the best. HGOT

I'm ready to buy this game and nothing is holding me back. I've beaten all FF games and I am anxious to play this one, from what I see and have sawen, this game looks fantastic. And response to Hater, I think you just gave it 1.0 with no thought because you don't care so much about RPG games and their game play. So I think you should post your biased results somewhere else. If you don't know squat about the game don't give it a crappy score or a score at all!

THIS GAME IS PRITTY GOOD I BELIVE THAT ITS ALMOST BETTER THEN FF7 BUT I HAVE NOT FINSHED IT SO I CANT SAY. THE FIRST FEW MIN OF THE GAME IS PRITTY LAME BUT AFTER THAT WHEN THE BLITZBALL MOVIE STARTS EVERYTHING CHANGES SO DONT STOP PLAYING THIS GAME WHEN U SEE THAT THE BEGINING STUPID. MY FAVORITE PART OF THIS THING IS THE NEW MENU SYSTEM, IT LOOKS LIKE ITS SOOOO OUT OF THIS WORLD BUT ITS REALLY EASY TO USE AFTER YOU LEARN IT. MY FINAL ANSWER IS THAT THIS THING IS A GREAT GAME SO GO BUY IT NOW!!!

this is one of the greatest games ever created even if you dont like RPGs you must have this game, graphics, sound, control, fun factor, the game is excelent.

This game has everything that you can ever want. Even though change is good they should have kept the original battle system and not have the turn based style you should be able to attack when ever like in 7, 8 and 9. This game should win game of the year
