I dont know what they are talking about, this is a fun game. Its not ment to be serious, just fun. Its better than the first. The only problem i have with it is i cant beat the #1 contender. Its hard. oh ya PlayDruid300, im from Nebraska, so shut you damn mouth, DlCKHEAD!

Boring but Good game For long Road Trips to Nebraska, or just another Crapy game worth 15 Bucks. Still better then Ready 2 Rumble. it is the same thing but new even boringer Fights. Nebraskas almost better.

I thought one thing while playing this version and the PSone version, wow. The PSone version was boring, no special characters, nothin'. But on PS2, oh boy it's sweet. Ready 2 Rumble 2 takes after the first. It doesn't have much of a story because it's boxing. Afro Thunder returns. I like all of the secret characters, like Robox Rese4, the Robotic punching bag. The graphics are far better than the PSone version. Framerate is much better. The sounds are pretty good but they're not earth shattering. There isn't much music either. The controls are easy but I didn't like them very much. The scheme wasn't very clever and fighting some competitors are painful. Overall, a solid rent. If ya really like it, buy it. You may get bored though.

The title explains all. Its repetitive and rumbleman is too difficult. Graphics are great but sounds are repetitive. Good for a rent and not much more.

The graphics and control in this game are very nice,dont expect one second of boxing Sim though because its 100% arcade style with people getting punched out of the ring lol =) there are alot of costumes and secret characters to unlock and there are even trainingto build up your fighting,personally i think this is the ideal rental but wouldn't spend 50$ on it.
