Metal Gear has come a long way. I remember the first two games on the original Nintendo. Metal Gear, Metal Gear 2 Snakes revenge. beat them both, that was a long time ago.....err anyway MGS2 lived up to all the hype i read about.I noticed toward the end the game was getting a bit easy.I found the fight with the rays too easy all you had to do was hit them in the leg then shoot em in the head when they were down .Being able to put a disguise on was cool although being in disguise isnt all too new in the metal gear series. All in all this game is an epic it pushes your imagination it makes you look at things differently....All I have to say is Hideo Thank You!

Metal gear solid is the best game ever. I played 5 times and found least two new endings. The graphic are very well made this game is number one. Buy it if you have PS2

This is one of the coolest games i've ever played(next to DEVIL MAY CRY) This is one of the coolest games i've played since DEVIL MAY CRY The visuals are more than spectacular. The control is almost perfect, except that it will take a while for new Metal Gear gamers to get used to the aiming for the guns.The sound will drag you into the depths of the game and you will believe that you are really there. And the fun factor will simply just speak for itself. All I will tell you is that this is the main reason you bought your playstation 2, but you just dont know that yet.

This is one of the most amasing games i have played. I've been a metal gear fan since Metal Gear Solid was released for Playstation and Nuthing tops MGS2. Now you got to be on a Major Acid Trip to make a Game that Tight. First of all the Graphics and the Reality of the Story itself. Graphics where awesome look kinda like it was real but hey it beats playing on a Atari. The Story was better and the plot was mind blowing. It took me a week to beat MSG and i tell you i just beat normal without the dogtags and i think it's gonna at least take me a month to beat. All i can say is this game is not gonna be trading in to Funcoland any time soon....

I have been playing games for a good portion of my life, and this game is probably the best game I've ever played. The graphics aren't too "cutting edge" though. It probably does utilize all the power of the ps2, so, it's good enough. Also, the story line doesn't interest me as much as the previous one did, it seems to be way to far-fetched from reality. I also do not like the way it lacks a VR training portion (or any training thing at all) in the game. The game is really good though -- almost perfect. I really recommend this game to anyone who hasn't played it, it is at least worth a five-dollar rental.

How many ways can you spell "game of the year"?I know i can.This game is the best of the best.Snake now has new moves and other cool stuff plus the graphics blow Metal Gear Solid X away!The sond sounds real and it takes a lot of hours to beat.10 out of 10.Classic.

metalgear solid 2 it was wierd i didnt get it at all snake was in it for only an half an hour then we had to use that punk raiden for 10 hours i dont know but they need to make 1 more to sum it all up
