This game is great. The franchise mode and the Madden Cards give an incentive to play. The graphics are good and have authenthic detail. Some more formations would be an improvment and is the only thing I find fault with.

Madden 2001 made you just want to go pay the $300 to play this one game, and i went and bought it for this game. The grafics are great, and has a great feel. The kicking is alot easier than 2002.

This is a very entertaining game. It has many different modes of play, and the whole "trading cards" concept is also a nice addition. The game itself is also pretty deep, I found myself doing instant replays on a lot of bone-crushing hits. If your looking for a good football, or even a good sports game for your PS2 collection, look no furthur than EA Sport's Madden NFL 2001.

it had its bugs and flaws. i reccomend that if you want a good football game go with nfl 2k2....kind..of..crappy review

The graphics kick butt! The sounds kick butt! The scoring is atrocious (it is really unrealistic)! I wasn't sure if I should give it a 4 or 3.5, but I decided to give it a 3.5 because it seems to me that it is mostly talk, but not much action.

Im not a big football fan,im more of a basketball guy myself but this is a pretty damn good game ive been playin the demo a bit and am kinda deciding on weather to buy it or not... hrmmm good graphics cool special abilities by using football cards lol and cool madden challanges and it seems to only be the half of it =)

Not really fun, kinda slow and kinda boring. this gets a +0.5 for graphics. The game was good for one laugh. If you compare the screens from the PSX and PS2 version, you'll see.

I'm not a fan of snowboarding games. the only snowboarding game i liked was Coolboarders 2. but then i played SSX. this game is so awesome. the stages are so freakin' huge. you can actually take a shortcut thru the forest. the stages are awesome espcially New York. you can actually ride on the brooklyn bridge and go thru what looks like central park. this game is a must buy, even if your not a snowboarding fan.
