Frontlines Feul of war
Obviously from the pros and cons chart you wouldn't get this game right. Well wrong. This can be a fun game gotta make something out of it. The story is a real good strong point. Told by your squad commander. It simply displays a quick briefing and that's it but they are able to pack a lot of information into a short period. No to get more into it. Let's start with the weapons since it doesn't have much content to it i think i can go down a simple list. First weapons.
Weapons- The weapons design are well made and have some good depth to them and firing from the hip gives a good view of how well the barrel takes to the actual reticule. Unfortunately the weapons are few and far between. The basic assault rifle gives a good 50 round clip but when you reload you lose any bullets left in your clip. And one problem that really itches me is that you can't pick up an enemy's rifle. Or any weapons they drop from their dead bodies. But their are weapons at certain points in each level that you can find. Thankfully your inventory is big so it won't fill up to quickly. The weapons are fun but not many to choose. Their is an option to change your class after dieing giving you access to different weapons, although limited access to each class during certain missions.
Graphics- they suck, almost literally. They look cell-shaded. And not much to their design. Sometimes the guy's look like massive blobs with arms and weapons slung under them. Good points that go with the graphics are the explosions. Good but not the best I've seen. Then the Buildings have a skillful depth to their design. Any break down walls or blown up buildings half standing look extremely well made. Lucky for the player is that their not so bad that you need to turn around and say
"what i disgrace". Some good parts some bad they equal each other out.
Physics- They are a disgrace. What i call the 'death throw' is when you kill a guy and then all of a sudden he is tossed in the air shouting 'I believe I can fly'. Thankfully added to the screwed up physics is the fact that you can blow some stuff up. But the explosions have to much power behind them.(got killed by a flying wall) But the 'death throw' is more used for comical reasons. I shot this guy of the top of the building and landed on explosive throwing him high into the air again.
Down to the odds. Now it's can be a fun game or not depends what you like. I how ever can't get past the graphics and physics but for replys sake i will give it a standing 3/5 stars. And recommend it to 4/10 of all shooter fans.
