I saw bits and pieces of Echochrome last year at random Sony press events, but now that the Japanese PSP/PS3 demo has hit the interwebs (get it here!), I must say that this game is extremely fun. It's a brainteaser experience done in a simple black-and-white atmosphere. The goal is to get your stick-figure-like character though a series of short challenges by manipulating the camera, thus shifting the background to your advantage. Take a look at the video and you'll see what I'm talking about.
