Stage 1-A
Secret Item #5
You can find the fifth Secret Item in the same area as the third one. When you initially enter the big area, stop and look up. You should see the Secret Item high in the sky.

Stage 1-B
Secret Item #4
The fourth Secret Item is in the same open area as the second one. You can find it tucked away in a corner.

Stage 2-A
Secret Item #3
The Secret Item is suspended over a pit near the end of the stage.

Stage 2-B
Secret Item #3
The third Secret Item is suspended in the air in the same open area as the second one. To get the item, walk on top of the wooden fence, wall run close to it, and then jump off the wall.

Stage 3-A
Secret Item #4
The fifth Secret Item is in the same room as the first one. You can see it near the center of the room, suspended high in the air.

Stage 3-B
Secret Item #3
After you run up the ramp (as shown in the screen above), turn around and you can see the Secret Item.

Stage 4-A
Secret Item #4
You can find the fourth Secret Item near the first tank. It's located in a recess across from the lantern with a Makimono inside of it.

Stage 4-B
Secret Item #5
You can find the fifth Secret Item in the same open area as the third one. When you enter the area, look up and you should see it hovering high in the air. To collect the item, stand on the tallest nearby island, double-jump toward the item, and then tap Stealth Dash at the last moment.

Stage 5-A
Secret Item #4
In the second to last open area, jump to the building in the center. Take a look around and you can see the fourth Secret Item located against a wall close to the water.

Stage 6-A
Secret Item #3
You can find the Secret Item at the bottom of the last long vertical shaft in the stage (the same shaft where you found the second Secret Item).

Stage 7-A
Secret Item #3
The third Secret Item is suspended in the air near the series of waterfalls.

Stage 8-A
Secret Item #6
The last Secret Item in this stage is in the same area as the third one. When you first enter the stage, turn 45 degrees to your left-you should see the item suspended in the air.

Stage 8-B
Secret Item #3
The third Secret Item is near the end of the stage. When you reach the top of the seemingly endless series of steps, face the door at the top and then turn around. You should see the Secret Item suspended in the air over to the right.
