Sony?s Mature-rated hack-n-slash features a unique battle system that highlights an invigorating style of gameplay worth checking out.

The hack-n-slash genre takes on a whole new and more innovative meaning in The Mark of Kri, Sony?s mature action/adventure that is as original in gameplay as it is in visual design. In this beautifully designed tale, Rau must retrieve a dark and powerful spell, which was broken into pieces and scattered across the land. Although the story is compelling, the core of Kri is Rau?s fighting style. As Rau, you can disembowel groups of henchmen with your sword, spear, or ax; perform headshots with your bow and arrow; and decapitate enemies with your bare hands. The game?s challenge, however, doesn?t lie in the number of people you can wipe out at one time. Instead, you must choose how to kill a group of warriors in the most effective way so that you don?t get slaughtered by just running into battle. The combination of both a visually pleasing adventure and an exceptional combat system makes The Mark of Kri a worthy buy for any mature gamer who can enjoy a hacking challenge.
