Set in feudal Japan in 1560, the story blends fiction and historical fact from these turbulent times when warlords struggled for power. Gamers play as Samanosuke, an expert swordsman on a mission to rescue a kidnapped princess from the warlord Nobunaga Oda. 3D rendered backgrounds combined with dynamic lighting make this a hauntingly realistic game. Look for Onimusha: Warlord to ship in February.
