Additional car colors, unlock Furasshu-sama car and a superfast car.

Unlock Furasshu-sama car
On the car selection screen, Press: UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, CROSS, CIRCLE, SELECT, START.

Unlock additional car colors
On the styling studio screen, select Change Color, and press: UP, RIGHT, DOWN, LEFT, TRIANGLE, CIRCLE, CROSS, SQUARE.

Unlock Super Fast Car
Complete all classes in all championships. Then create a car with the name: Fusshusama, and the team: Bye Seya.
