Original is always best

and it proves it in this game because this game sequel tops the other one by a mile if u like lego star wars then you have to get this oneit has evry thing u could want more forc power abileties and melee atacks for the people with guns and more space battles in this game and there good ones to. now lets get ready rip peoples arms off chiwbacca ggggggggggwwwwwwwwaaaaaaaaaa

OK for suitable ages

This game definitely didn't make my "get it" list, but for some, it is enjoyable. The graphics are ok for the lego experience, but the game itself isn't as fun as some say. The game can get boring after playing through it a while. Also, all the bonus items are easy to find. The create a character feature was a good idea, especially the way you can combine anyones body with anyones head. This can lead to some funny creations. This game from me barely makes the 4. Sorry Star Wars fans.

Good

This was a really fun and funny game enjoyable for all ages. Graphics were good. But i just wish the characters talked a little. I loved the create a character feature that was a cool new feature. There is lots to do in this game and is very fun multi-player. I say get this game

sw

it is a great idea to star wars into lego starwars. but it would be much better if it had more cheats. my family enjoyed it. it is a good game for the fans

A great game, made brick by brick.

Behind the childish features, there is a great game hidden. LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy, is just that. Its simplistic combat and unlimted lives makethey game easy and childish, but it makes up that in its puzzles and villains. The enemys, with adaptive difficulty on, makes the AI smarter and the game spawn more enemys. The story is the plot from the Original Trilogy, but with a comedic twist, nearly no voice acting. All the scenes we know and love have no voices, but the game alters this by using gestures to its advantage (ex: when Darth Vader tells Luke that he is his father, he instead pulls out a picture of Himself (Anakin) and Padme to point that out). The graphics are okay, but it goes along with game. The musicis reditions of old Star Wars tunes, so its catchy, but sometimes gets annoying. And if the story is easy to finish, there are plenty of secret characters and levels to keep you busy for a while.

Star Wars has been licensed to death in the gaming world, with just about every nook and cranny mined dry of any mystery it might've once possessed. How surprising, then, was it that LEGO Star Wars, ostensibly developed with a younger audience in mind, managed to breathe fresh air into an aging epic laden with archetypes and high drama?
