Objective: Hurt the queen until she opens the exit.

Compared to the previous level, this one is a piece of cake. To complete it, all that is required is a good strategy. As you swim into the middle of the pool, you'll notice three whirlpools surrounding the body of the queen. Your goal is to block all three to raise the water level until you can attack the queen's head.

To make things easier, block the whirlpool on the far side of the queen first (the one with the Vigor power-up in it). Grab the Sonar power-up under the stone arc and break the darkest rock around the whirlpool. Now, as with the other whirlpools, you just have to nudge the rolling rock into the hole.

Once the water level has risen, the queen's head will be submerged and ready to be attacked. Grab the Sonar power-up and blast it in the queen's eye to break the protective shield, then dash attack it. There are three eyes, but you will only be able to see the third eye (in the back of her head) after you take out the two in front. As soon as you take out the third eye she'll throw a fit and the exit will be uncovered (right next to the stone arc holding the Sonar power-up).
