  1. You'll find this vitalit above the floating boards.
  2. Look for this one under the waterfall.
  3. Look for it near the ceiling of this area.
  4. Check between the walls.
  5. The last one is near the exit.

Objectives: Survive the Giant Eel chase. Morph to fit through the level's exit.

This rather small level is divided into two areas. In the first area, your objective is to get past the Giant Eel blocking the tunnel connecting the two areas. Once that's accomplished, you must figure out how to fit through the very small exit to the next level.

Racing with the Eel
First things first, those sharks have to go! Before you can concentrate on finding the power-ups necessary for the race, take out all the sharks. They will seldom follow Ecco to the bottom of the pool, so if you find yourself being attacked by several sharks at once, you should head down for a snack. There is a Stealth power-up floating above a submerged rock in front of the waterfall. Dash to it and you should be able to take out a couple of sharks while you are invisible before the power-up expires. Once that has been accomplished, grab the Air power-up, the Endurance power-up, and the Stealth power-up (check map for locations) and head for the Giant Eel cave.

The Giant Eel will give chase immediately, so move as fast as you can. Holding the dash button down during the chase is a good idea, but it will also make it hard to avoid eating the poison fish along the way. It may take you a few dashes through the tunnel before you learn the layout and are able to avoid the main obstacles. Obstacles include jellyfish, poison fish, very sharp turns, and a dead end. To avoid the dead end, keep to the left side of the tunnel.

End of Tunnel Puzzle
Great, you've survived the chase! But now you'll have to solve a puzzle before you can proceed. This one is simple, and the information glyph gives you a pretty straightforward clue. You only need to hit two switches; the ones dolphins are pointing at. After the rocks above the mural shift, swim through the cracks to reach the next area.

Morphing
To morph, Ecco must swim into the glowing sphere in the center of this area. Once Ecco is glowing, he will need to touch the fish swimming around the room. The best way to do this is by waiting until the fish is near the exit grate. If you can't locate the fish, just wait in front of the grate, the fish is circling the room and will eventually swim by you.
