Quite frankly, I've learned to just ignore pests like that online. They're only craving attention.

About Me
Name's Donla, but on here, you can call me thelegendary1. I hail from Detroit, MI but I'm residing in Tallahassee, Fl. I own a PS2, PS3 and a PSP as well. But I don't want to be considered a "Fanboy". I'm too old to be a boy, and I'm open to new ideas and ventures as long as it doesn't seem stupid. So what are my views? Xbox 360 Pros: *Live connection is one of, if not THE best, there is as far as console to internet is concerned. *Large variety/selection of games to choose from. *Does wonders for graphics (Depends on game.). Cons: *Undependable. You don't know when the system is going to develop the "Red Ring of Death" and have you packing your system for an overnight haul for repairs. Then the wait for it to get back is irritating to even those who enjoy Xbox 360 over any other console on the market. *Too many hook-ups and gadgets that are sold separately that should already come included in the system itself. *Internet is not free. I'm already paying for High-Speed Internet just to hook it UP to the system. Why should I have to pay for something I'm already paying for? *Has a tendency to target most hardcore gamers. Overall: B-. Wonderful system. Just not dependable. Playstation 3 Pros: *Wide range of possibilities that the system itself has already. Almost as if it is consistently evolving throughout the years that it's been on the market. *One word.....Blu-Ray. *Lots of free stuff and an online store that's evolving just as well as the system itself. Cons: *Just as the 360, it has a tendency to lean towards more hardcore gamers. If it would put more focus on the casual, and even the games for kids, its sells would sky rocket. *It's variety of games is very limited as of now because of the level of difficulty it is to create a game for the system. *In-Game activity is......where? *Too much focus on exactly what the system can DO instead of how it plays games and the audiences it reaches out to. Overall: B+. The system is getting better by the moment, yet the things that the actual owners of the system are asking for haven't become evident yet. Nintendo Wii Pros: *Targets most social gamers of all ages. *One of a kind control system. *Pricing is just what this economy needs in the gaming industry. Cons: *Mario. Where's the next Nintendo Icon? Isn't there enough Mario Karts, Parties, Worlds, and Mansions, etc.? And how many times does the princess need to be kidnapped? Throwbacks and remakes are fun. But how can you ever progress into the future if you're still hanging on to what's in the past? Move on Nintendo. The system has more potential than just for Mario. *Although one of its Pros is its range of audiences, it has a tendency to not have as many games FOR hardcore gamers. Great for the kids.....but sooner or later, puberty is gonna hit, and Grandma and Granddad are gonna volunteer THEMSELVES for a retirement home. Focus on EVERY audience, Nintendo. *Too much focus on the controller. Sometimes, ACTUAL gamers want to sit DOWN and play games. And although the feature is available, most Wii owners will develop the Wiiitis in the elbow. In this day and age, there's no room for stress from controllers like in the old days where blisters from gaming were considered a common thing. Overall: C They say you ARE what you PLAY. And the Wii is mostly an average system that has a large focus on social gaming. Great for kids, and older people who may want to feel YOUNG again, but.....Eventually they'll have to realize that the need to broaden their range of gaming to EVERY audience will keep them at the top as they already are. But this is only due to sells, which is because of its price in today's society.....not gaming.
