its not entirely possible to replace the case though? such as that of a PC? I mean the stickers can stay the same but but i imagine when he opened it, he simply took that case and replaced it with new. i havent seen an xbox since my brother in law sold his so im not very familiar with the...

you know the guy that repaired the console took the case himself and replaced it with a brand new one and left a little smudge. scrubbing that would take all day.
