I have been a gamer since I was about 4 and I have loved video games ever since. I have always been searching for all new games that are extremely good (sometimes, I can be a bit picky though). Some of my favorite game series' are: the Elder Scrolls, Metroid, Zelda, Mario, Ratchet & Clank, Halo, and Call of Duty. My favorite games are platforming, adventure, RPG, fantasy, puzzle, and arcade games. Video games are probably the greatest things in the world, along with the couch, food, beds, drinks, and music. I enjoy older games rather than newer games. I still like new games such as Halo, Resistance, and Crysis, but I prefer Mario and Link rather than Master Chief and Nomad. One of my pet peeves is that newer gamers, even though I am a newer gamer (I'm only 14) don't even respect the older games and prefer FPS over platforming. I don't care if you like FPS better than platforming, just respect the games that brought you the modern era of video games. I plan on getting all of the older consoles, so I can play even more great games. Current consoles: Wii, PS3, Xbox 360, PSP, DS PS2, Gamecube, N64, Sega Saturn, Sega Genesis, SNES, and Atari 2600. In my opinion, we should bring back the old genres like platforming (LBP nearly made me crap my pants it looked so good), because they were the classics that defined a generation. They are the best, and will forever be, the best.
