Knockout Kings 2003 for the GameCube will actually be a tweaked-out version of the Knockout Kings 2002 that came out on the PS2 and Xbox in 2002.

GameCube owners didn't feel the love when Knockout Kings 2002 came out for the PS2 and the Xbox, leaving Nintendo pugilistic acolytes in the cold. So while EA Sports is working on Knockout Kings 2004, to be released next year, it is tweaking 2002, adding an all-new arcade-style Slugfest mode and slapping a ?3? at the end of the title?so 'Cube owners can immerse themselves in this fast-paced and addictive-as-hell game. Though the visuals in the preview version boasted more polish than those in Knockout Kings 2002, the gameplay was identical?a grand thing, since that game officially killed.
