In the Otacon's office, there's a poster of Zone of the Enders Anubis.

GameCube and Wave Bird
In Otacon's office, look at his desk to find a GameCube and Wave Bird. If you look at his computer moniter you'll see the GameCube loading screen.

Yoshi and Mario
In Otacon's office, you'll find two statues featuring Yoshi and Mario sitting on top of a filing cabinet. Shoot the Yoshi statue to hear a Yoshi roar. Shoot the Mario statue to hear the 1-Up tone, and receive a health bonus.
