Will these Street Fighter Characters make and appearance in the film?

There haven't been many details released on the film yet, and the hand-full of actors that Capcom has announced is far from definitive. There fighters played prominent roles in 1994's live action Street Fighter film. Who would play these fighters if they were to appear in The Legend of Chun-Li?
