Complete the Cure for Vampirism mission, and then talk to Count Janus Hassidor and ask him about the reward conversation option. Do not leave the conversation and repeatedly ask him about the reward. Every time you ask him you'll receive gold depending on your level. Repeat for unlimited gold.
