Aggressive Inline

Acclaim keeps rollin? rollin? rollin? with its inline skating franchise?and man, is it smooth.

Can eight wheels offer as much fun as four? Aggressive Inline says yes, thanks to its excellent trick skating gameplay?no board necessary.

Aggressive Inline doesn?t just offer stuff to do, but stuff to figure out. In between all the death-defying skating stunts, you?ll solve some tricky puzzles and challenges that offer a real sense of accomplishment, not to mention some unusual trick lines. Pro riders, licensed gear, and extremely large but dense indoor/outdoor levels (including an exclusive Xbox zoo) give the game a sense of scope and realism. You?ll discover tons of trick lines on every level, plus a few innovations you won?t find in other games (such as swinging around poles). There?s a nice tutorial, but if you?re familiar with action sports games at all, the controls will feel comfortable immediately.

Visual details like tattoos underneath shirts that flap in the wind should raise a few eyebrows, and the levels are no less incredible?it?s a gorgeous game. Acclaim?s action sports titles always have a hit-filled soundtrack, so hearing tracks from P.O.D., Sublime, Pharcyde, and Hoobastank is no surprise (but entirely welcome). For the first rollerblading game on the Xbox, Aggressive Inline sets one hell of a standard.
