Sega has done a great job on trying to bring us a first-rate college basketball game, and they fell just short of that. I'll point out the bad and the ugly first for those who just don't like reading, and then I'll move on to te good... The bad: Sega Sports lied! (Shocker). There are no names on Jerseys like EB still advertises and Sega Sports promised. Exporting and importing draft classes to NBA 2k3 from NCAA CB 2k3 is NOT WORTH YOUR EFFORT!!! You export a bla...African- American player to NBA 2k3 and he suddenly becomes Whi...Caucasian. I know the world is changing but c'mon, what the ??? Race aside, the exported player's number is now different, his name also changes ( apparently to match his new ethnicity???). I mean, how are you going to find you player if he does a Michael Jackson on you and then changes his name to Tito. No more on this "politically incorrect topic". The Ugly: 1. The passing. Too slow. How can you break a college style zone defense with a pass that finds its target after The Conan O'brien Show ends. 2. The Zones. Too well done. If they made Zone D worse at least the passing wouldn't bother so much. (chicken and egg situation here.) 3.The roster. inaccurate. Some real life players have different skin colors in this game. Is anybody else noticing an ethnic conspiracy here? 4. The glitches. To many. This game has more bugs than the soup they serve at a cheap restaurant. Winless teams appear on first place in the polls. The computer players stop dribbling and get called for ten second violations. Names change themselves after you worked hard to create them. etc, etc, etc,... OK, moving on to the good stuff(If you are still reading). Oops. More than 2000 words. can't write anymore. sorry...
