The Gamepro review is garbage. Infinite spin isn't the developer's fault, it's the tetris company's fault. The tetris guidelines force all games that are officially endorsed by the tetris company to have that rotational system along with other rules. If the reviewer actually had any clue about Tetris he would know that Tetris Splash did most things that were in their control right as Caffeine has mentioned. For 10 dollars you can't go wrong. The action if fast, controls are tight, the only thing that hinders the game is the standard 360 controller. Don't listen to this clueless reviewer, this is the best version of tetris available in America.
