Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Anniversary by Eidos for the Xbox 360 is inspired by the first Tomb Raider video game that was originally released in 1996. Anniversary is a totally new adventure for Lara, faithfully preserving the elements which made the original Tomb Raider such a classic. Using an enhanced Tomb Raider: Legend game engine, Anniversary follows the adventures of Lara Croft after she is hired by a powerful syndicate to retrieve a mythical object called the Scion. After discovering that she has been used as a pawn in some larger scheme, Lara takes matters into her own hands deciding that she must uncover the mystery behind this ancient artefact.

After playing my first tomb raider game when Legend came out i found out how great crystal dynamics can make a game. from there i decided to expand and see where laras adventure would take her in anniversary. The graphics and the gameplay are perfect and way better than any other system out there. the puzzles were confusing yet solvable and the game story really showed laras roots. this game got me pumped for underworld in november.Tomb raider is the one of the best adventure games out there! :D

this game is awesome. its graphics are very realistic and just beyond the ps 3. i love all the tomb raiders game. they need more games like the ones they have now.

Hell yah!!!!

Crystal Dynamics has done it. They have brought back the puzzles that "IS" Tomb Raider. TR:Legend is good and i have it, but Anniversary is by far way better. Also, the hidden relics and rewards are hidden way better than in TR:Legend, and the time trials are harder than Legeng. I beat Legend 100% with playing each level 2 times each. Now with Anniversary, I beat the time trial on the first level only after trying about a dozen times. Anniversary is in no way a let down at all. It's also a re-make of the very first TR released for the Sony Playstation. Hint - Watch out for a big hand of a statue that turns you to gold. The Arbiter has spoken!!!!!
