The title says it all it goes beyond that because this game will make new pac man fans. Its so much faster and more intense than Pac Man or MS Pac Man, yet retains the feel and vibe of the originals. The new modes are time based survival modes, you complete the mode by surviving until the timer runs out. Championship Mode is 5 minutes, and the speed and difficulty constantly increase as new areas of the map are filled with dots and the map mutates. and the rest are all 5 or 10 minutes long, and provide a solid challenge, especially the hyper fast Extra Mode 1. How many points can you score in 5 or 10 minutes in one of the given modes? 200,000? 400,000? You'll get achievements for either of those accomplishments. Overall, a brilliant new Pac Man game that takes the classic gameplay of the originals to a whole new level.

Alot of fun, it really is. Oldschool with a twist, the new design is a blast and should not be missed by anyone.
A nice addition to the Xbox Live Arcade!

This game is white knuckle crazy. I blasted through all the modes and I can still turn it on and keep playing. So far it is my favorite on the Xbox Live Arcade library. Maybe it could have been cheaper as 800pts is a lot for a Pac Man game, but it is a great game. If anyone remembers a little known gem called K.C. Munchkin, then you will love the speed and different modes of Pac Man CE. Must have for Pac Maniacs.

Pac-Man Championship Edition
After two decades of spinoffs featuring extended family and awful kart racers, Pac-Man is back with an all-new dot-chomping arcade experience that just may be better than the original.
