Still good
Tony Hawks Proving Ground is the newest Tony Hawk skateboarding game and to tell you the true after playing Skate it just isn't that good anymore.Only because it is way to unrealistic. And the controls have been the same since the beginning basically. Also the graphics just didn't seem as good as Skate they were a little disappointing to me.But there is a lot of good to the game too. There are three different styles to choose from. One in which you can actually add rails kickers and ramps into the world you are skating in and make you own lines to skate.Another is basically be a big shot face on magazines and stuff and the other you don't take crap from anyone you just want to skate and skate some more until it kills. The story is fun a little longer a then previous games and there is plenty to do.There are fun places to skate in.But still i think Tony Hawk and Skate are going to have a great feud over who is the better skating game. But if you are a die hard Tony Hawk fan then you will enjoy this game but if you are in for something new check out Skate.

Tony Hawk Rocks!
tony Hawk's proving ground is like project 8 version 2 in graphics and controls. If you do story mode though you will have a very different game. Proving ground made a whole new type of game for people.I liked the story mode and found it very interesting. The only bad thing is that Ea's skate. set the bar for video controls which Activision didn't beat.As for online gameplay i found it fun no matter what. I reccommend this game for skateboarders.

Tony Hawk's Proving Ground
After skating with Tony Hawk for almost a dozen titles, the Birdman's brand of virtual skateboarding is starting to feel a little stale. However, Proving Ground manages to breathe some new life into the franchise and it should please virtual thrashers who haven't yet tired of the franchise's formula.
