Shred away!
I'm a guitar player who loves guitar hero. I was really bad at it at first, but now I am able to bust out expert! Guitar Hero II is my favorite and I prefer it to III. I just like the setlist more.
Story: hahahaha....
Graphics: The graphics just simiulate a band playing onstage, and are nothing too special. The chracters are nice and colorful, but not too detailed. It's pretty average stuff.
Sound: A great catalog of songs, from great bands like Rush, Lamb of God, and Megadeth to name a few. This game is all about audio, and it delivers.
Gameplay: Gameplay is beyond addictive, yet, it's so simple. You have five different collored buttons on the screen and you just mathc them with the corresponding color that scrolls down the screen. It's simplicity is genious!
Overall: If your a music fan, or just need a game for you and your friends to play, Guitar Hero is a great investment.

Guitar Hero II
This game is really cool. It's really fun to play with a bunch of friends with. The song list is cool too, and it could be even cooler if you get the songs off the Market place.

Guitar Hero II
Well for me, this was my second Guitar Hero as I got the third one first. This game is great. Just as much fun as the third one is except the glaring exception that there is no play over Xbox Live. that kind of puts a damper on the enjoyment of the game over the long haul. The game though in itself is great. The songs are numerous as well as varied. There are several songs on this one that I like more than in 3. If you like these types of games, do yourself a favor and pick this one up

Can't...stop...playing...
Easily one of the most addicting, and fun games ever. This is a must own for any musician, or just anyone that loves to have fun.
