Bomberman Act: Zero - Xbox 360

Act Zero.

What in the world is this thing? Is this even a game? Or is this some new malevolent way to torture poor children? First of all, if this is a Bomberman game, then where is Bomberman? I really don't feel like wasting time writing a review on this game, do not even look at it in the store. This is the worst excuse for a Bomberman game ever, and even games in general.

RETURN TO SELLER

This is a game that you just cannot appreciate. A game that does not justify $60 nor even $20. This is truly Bomberman at the lowest point. The gameplay is as you'd expect with nothing new brought to the table except for some mediocre graphics. This is something you would TRULY expect out of the Xbox Live Arcade for 800 points. Stick to anything BUT this game and if you recieved this game as gift, please, ask for the reciept to return this game and don't even think about it(this game) again.

Case Study: Graphics not Greater than Gameplay

Great Graphics, Horrible Story and the Gameplay will entertain for oh, 5 rounds. Taking the "calssic" bomberman was an intersting idea, but turning it into a true souless and lifeless shell was a pretty big blunder. thus turning Bomberman Act: Zero into a "Must NOT Buy". Suggestion: Ask your friendly Game store to put it into a display 360 and play it, after 10-15 mins you will have attained all you need to from the game. Although there is a Humrous side to the game: "You Are Alive, Advance to next level!" Thanks Game, now I know my Lifeforce is still chuggin'.

  • Sep. 14, 2006 Review: Bomberman Act: Zero

Classic Bomberman is scrapped for a darker, less friendly take on the series, one where a world war rages on, and an immoral quest for ultimate power leads to human experimentation. But is Bomberman's next-gen facelift and gritty new storyline enough to save Bomberman: Act Zero from being a dud?
