American Wasteland features an open-city recreation of L.A. with mission-based play -- no levels, no load times. Tony Hawk's American Wasteland - Xbox 360

Stay Sober Or Get Wasted, Your Choice

I am a big fan of Tony Hawk games. I loved the Pro Skater Quadrilogy, & the Underground series. Now on to this game. To be honest, I was disappointed. Not a whole lot, but still let down. The whole game is basically a tutorial, holding your hand as you do each skateboard/BMX trick. The level designs were cool, but you will be left wanting more. Overall, not a total letdown, but the Tony Hawk franchise is showing signs of age. It needs to step up if they want to stay on top

good game

Better than average game. I would recommend the game to anyone that like these types of games. No real changes but new maps. Maybe not the best installment of the game but still fun.

Tony Hawk's American Wasteland - Xbox 360

American Wasteland...it's pretty good until you beat it.

Honestly,Iwas once A tony hawk game fan, but,American Wasteland was A letdoun for me.At the start,it seems really seems nice. You have your ability to get off your board or,make your own tricks like the previous tony hawk's underground games. And you have new features like focus mode and the no loading screens[by the way the no loading screens part is only avalible in story mode>.they even put the origanal tony hawk in.Overall,it seemed pretty good, until I beat it.I finally realise its almost the same thing. After Ibeat it,Igot real bored with it.The story was short and medocire, the areas were small and not all that much explorable, not even the classic mode did enough to save this.Overall, unless you're a die hard tony hawk fan,or if you have A bratty little child taking over your 360,this might not be such a good buy.
