In this console-friendly first-person shooter, you play as a high-tech supersoldier--Master Chief--who's charged with saving mankind from the clutches of the villainous Covenant, a fanatical alien race comprised of dozens of different species. Chief's battle takes him to Earth to "finish the fight," but the online mode is the highlight. You can play online with up to 16 players at one time in a huge array of multiplayer games: Team Slayer, Capture the Flag, and more. Four players can also play the single-player mode together over Xbox Live in the online cooperative play mode. Halo 3 also has amazing user-customizable maps, unlockable armor sets, and a huge arsenal of deadly human and Covenant weaponry.

Easily one of the top 10 games ever

I love halo 3 I could play it forever(not the campaign that was the worst part but its to good so that doesn't matter) I still play halo 3 online and its was released in 2007! if you don't have this game pick it up its one of the elite(GTA4 Bioshock Ect.)

Halo 3 The Best FPS of All Time?

When i first played halo 3 i was stunned of what you could do! create a spartan the new weapons creating your own map i loved it! I have to say the story is a bit short but i try to savor every moment of it. Could this really be the best FPS of all time?
