Call of Duty 3 - Xbox

Pros Cons
Amazing visuals Not enough content
Awesome audio
Intense action
Addictive gameplay
Just plain fun
Call of Duty 3

This is.... an okay first-person shooter. The thing that mainly bugs me is the stupid little cutscenes that play when you start a mission. It is really annoying because of course you just want to get straight to the action but instead you have to watch this very annoying cutscene every time. But on the bright side, this game has very fun "mini-games" that you play during missions. Among these mini-games is "Row your boat", "Let's Plant Bombs", "German Boxing", and my personal favorite, the famous "Whack-a-German"!! These mini-games make the CoD experience so much more fun and entertaining. This game really shines when you have a difficulty setting that matches your "skill".

One of the best World War two shooters I've ever played

As you can guess this game takes place during World War two. You place as a number of soldiers varying from one in the French Resistance or the Canadian Army, and of course you do play as a soldier in the American Army, too. Over the course of this game you kill A LOT of nazis. Actually that is pretty much the whole game. There are a few missions were you are planting bombs and what not, but really it's just shoot every nazi that you see, but unfortunately this isn't exactly the longest game ever made, I think I beat it in around 7 hours, but there is XBox Live, which might extend the value of this game. I can not tell you anything about the online mode except I believe it's a players vs. players, but I am unsure because I don't have XBox Live. All and all this is actually a very fun game from start to finish this game is very well made and I would recomend it to anyone who likes a good FPS

This game is awesome

Anyone play this yet? I love the graphics and gameplay. Also the multiplayer modes are better than Halo and Counterstrike, and also better than Call of Duty 2 actually.

Your arm hovers at your side, clutching your Wii-mote like a geeky gunslinger. You flick your wrist and your battlefield view whips around, sighting the just-visible helmet of a Nazi grunt hunkered behind a headstone. You bring your arm up, aim and carefully draw a bead. Your finger tenses on the trigger button and when the time is right, you shoot.

It's hard to deny the appeal of a World War II game. You have the historical backdrop with all of its massive battles; Nazis, the ideal evildoers whom you can kill with reckless abandon, are your enemy; and, being a world war, there're plenty of diverse locations to see. With such a convincing trifecta, It's no wonder we have so many of them and why they sell so well.
